Thanks so much to Michael and Israel & his team for helping us with the recent floor renovation at San Diego Center for Endodontics. We had worked with Michael once before when we had some carpets placed in our home. It was a great experience. Michael was very attentive to detail and helped us make good decisions by providing honest feedback and good recommendations. So when this project came up at the office, naturally, I called Michael. As we were going back and forth working through the project and deciding what would look best in our space, Michael had great advice. He provided a balanced perspective of pros and cons of different floor & design choices, but ultimately left it up to us to decide what was best. I never felt pressure to go one way or the other and felt he wanted us to have the best result for us. And we do! For installation, Israel and his team were nothing short of phenomenal. We had a tough schedule for prep and installation because we were still actively working in the building and they had to plan around us. Even with all the challenges, their attention to detail, their ability to plan, and their meticulous work showed through. This was not an easy project and the floors look & feel fantastic.

Misael and his crew were able to professional and quickly do over 100 rooms at the Hotel. Great group of people, I've worked with a lot of carpet companies and this one I'd love to work with!

I can't recommend Sergio and SoCal Carpets & Floorcovering enough. Sergio came in and really took the time to understand what I wanted done, came with samples to look at, and worked with me to get a great price. The job lasted longer than the original estimate due to a demo issue, but Sergio didn't charge any more than the additional quote, he wanted to make sure that the job was done perfect. Their installers were great. Always came on time and made sure that their work was done perfect. They do jobs all over San Diego, so if you need flooring done for a reasonable price with pristine quality and excellent customer service, call SoCal Carpets and Floorcovering and Sergio!

I found the exact flooring that I needed with the expert assistance of Sergio. He was very knowledgeable and explained my options very well. I was able to make and informed decision and I am very happy with my new flooring in my house. I get lots of compliments from friends and family all of whom I have gladly referred to Sergio.

I had baseboards installed in my entire house and LVP installed in 1,827 Sq Ft. including stairs. To say the job went smoothly would be a stretch of the imagination, nightmare would be more fitting. I had to contact my sales manager many times letting him know the job was not property done, it was sloppy. He kept telling me they weren't done but that's not what the installer said. No one came out to inspect the job. Gaps were left between flooring and baseboards, baseboards were not matching seems. Stair flooring had major space between molding, which I would not let fly so it had to be ripped out and redone. My question was why wasn't it done correctly the first time. Said and done it came out great but that was after me staying on top of the job thank god I was my own foreman. I posted pictures.

SoCal Floors is FABULOUS! I have never been happier with a major home project. My floors are stunning. I had my living room and kitchen/great room done. They demoed the old flooring and installed all the new. The wide plank white oak that Mike recommended is extraordinary looking. It opened up the living room and actually makes it look bigger. The tile installed in my kitchen/great room is a stunning hexagon Mexican design and extremely difficult to install. Israel and his team took meticulous care and time to do the job perfectly. The difficulty with this installation was no problem for him. A true craftsmen and a professional, as well as kind and friendly. They left the jobsite spotless at the end of each day and took great care when moving my furniture. Mike, the owner, took such personal interest care in my job. He'd call or text to check in along the way to see that I was happy with the work. He stopped by to check on the project himself. I would recommend SoCal Floors to anyone that wants perfect and beautiful floors with outstanding customer service!

SoCal Carpets and Floorcovering Inc is an amazing company and offers personal professional service to help you find the perfect carpet. Micheal Panettiere, owner of SoCal Carpets and Floorcovering was recommended by my good neighbor, Douglas Springer. Douglas Springer is an amazing realtor and has worked with Micheal Panettiere for several of his properties. It was time to change the style, color, and texture of my carpet from the "Waterfall" to "Hollywood" style look. Micheal Panettiere is very knowledgeable and a wonderful person. Micheal spent time in helping me to choose the best carpet color for my stairs. He brought over several different styles, textures, and colors of carpet. He left a few samples with me to decide, which I really appreciated it. Micheal Panettiere has incredible customer service and truly understood what what type of carpet and color for my stairs. And, he made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. His carpet installer, Gordo, was very professional and did amazing job installing my new carpet. My new carpet (Hollywood style) is so soft with grey and white specks simmers in the light. It looks beautiful. I am very happy with the workmanship and the quality. Mike and his team at SoCal have done it again....they went over and beyond our flooring expectations! They installed our downstairs flooring about a year ago and we knew immediately that we wanted to be repeat customers when we were ready to get the carpets replaced upstairs. Mike was a delight to deal with and his level of customer service was awesome...he even delivered carpet samples to our home and scheduled installation immediately so we would have the new carpet installed before Christmas. Fernando and Fernando (a father and son team) were very friendly, professional and respectful of our home and belongings...oh, and they are quick, they completed the installation in a day!!!
