US Sports Turf

We are very happy with the turf we purchased for our dog area. The quality is amazing and it is so thick and plush. Have gotten many compliments on how good and real it looks. Even after our winter snow storm, it looks amazing and the drainage is superb. My only issue was with the delivery company that they use. I warned them ahead of time of our long driveway. They then informed me after it arrived at the shipping yard there was no way to deliver so we had to pick it up ourselves. I would suggest more delivery companies as an option to the customer but thankfully we were able to work it out with some neighbors that had a trailer.

I never write reviews but I am very happy with my purchase. I'm starting my own business and it was so stressful trying to find the right turf and company to buy from. I ended up trusting and going with US Sports Turf mostly because of budget and the prices being lower. I'm happy to say I'm glad I went with them, the rolls were well packed and had plenty of wrapping to protect it. I guess I got lucky because I received it in two days after purchase which was a big plus, it looks good and haven't found anything wrong I guess time will tell but so far I'm happy with it. Maribel was great, very helpful and didn't have any issues with communication. I will definitely be going back to them in the future

This is an excellent choice for any type of attificial turf that you're interested in they have numerous samples for you they are very attentive and can more than take care of your needs we were very pleased. We went to the Dalton location and picked up our artificial turf For our Bocci Court court that we had just finished constructing. Donnie and his staff are the best in my opinion that could recommend a great turf for our needs. I highly recommend this to anyone that is going to purchase artificial turf

The turf was excellent quality and arrived very quickly! Teresa was absolutely amazing- she knew EVERYTHING. Go to her if you need turf going forward! She'll make sure that you get the turf you need

Requested samples from US Sports Turf -- after ~1 week without shipment notification called to check and was informed that the request was lost without fulfilling because the company has "had a hard time keeping employees". Made a large purchase of 4,500 square feet of turf only for a different turf product to be delivered than that of what we ordered. Management tried to convince me on the phone that it is the type of turf that we had ordered/convince me to keep the turf. After insisting with photos that these are clearly different products Terry acknowledged that the turf product purchased based on samples we received was not the type of turf that was delivered. Still unwilling to correct the error as the rolls were already rolled out after delivery (why would a company ship out 4,500 square feet of the wrong turf?). We feel bait-and-switched into receiving a cheaper product and being asked to deal with it. (Offered a 5% refund). Reading the other negative reviews here would have been helpful before deciding to make an order. EDIT: Photos have been added to this review to illustrate how they sent a different turf product (left sample) than what we ordered (right sample). The best purchase of 2020 that I have made product is beyond our expectations, Customer Service with Maribel is "White Glove" treatment. the shipping fast and efficient professional. Outstanding Product, Best Price on the Internet, Outstanding Customer Service, Outstanding Shipping. WILL ABSOLUTELY PURCHASE AGAIN !!!

Terrible Customer service. Sales person Don, takes payment right away and I never received a paid invoice until I called the customer service line to receive it. Maribel states "oh it was the wrong email but it never bounced back" How would you know the email was incorrect if it never bounced back? Don also stated my order will every the following week on Thursday, but when I called they stated they do not know the order status. Maribel then called the freight company and stated my order was actually arriving the next day. As a gym we have to prepare for this and reschedule sessions and schedule a fork lift to receive this order. She then calls back and stated "oh I gave you the wrong information". I asked to speak with a manager and she says he is currently in the bathroom, so he isn't available. Don and I believe a Barry gets on the phone and states we can give your "d*mn" order back after hearing my frustration. Barry states we need to contact the freight company first. I do not hear from them for an hour, so I send an email and state legal action will be filed against them if my refund is not given. This company responds back within minutes with a receipt of refund. Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time or money.

I ordered sports turf and unfortunately on the delivery a roll was ripped. However the good news is that the staff at this company not only made the purchase process very pleasant their costumer service was more than exceptional during the process of finding out a roll had some damage. I will use them for all of my future gyms as well. Thank you
