We were extremely pleased with our new flooring in the kitchen. From start to finish, the service we received was top tier. Kerry in their sales office was very helpful in allowing us to weigh alternatives and choose the best application to our decor. Their installer, Jeff, was very professional and meticulous in his attention to detail.

Very efficient, friendly and fast!! They measured our space the same day and were able to install within the week. Highly recommend!

North cost Tile has done several tile projects in our home and each project has been done with excellent results. It is a true pleasure to work with a company that completes a project perfectly from start to finish. The staff at the store are so good at helping pick out and put together the right products. For all three projects we have had the same team and they are incredibly skilled, accommodating, and they left our house spotless. This company stands by their work so I can highly recommend them.

We greatly appreciate North Coast Floor & Tile's professional team: Michaela found a gorgeous carpet and tile for our backsplash, she is always helpful and willing to answer our questions, Kerry immediately ordered our carpet, Jason, who is one of the nicest guys we have ever met, has a vast knowledge of flooring and helped us understand the entire process, he also scheduled us right away and Chip did an amazing carpet installation. These guys are fantastic. Great to deal with, super accommodating. I had flooring that needed to be replaced. I went in found what I wanted they came out the very next day and replaced the carpet. It was for an Air BnB that I have and I kept getting dinged on the reviews for the carpet. Since they replaced it I have gotten nothing but 5 Star Reviews. So not only did they make me happy they have made all of my guest happy as well. Thank you North Coast Floor and Tile. You guys are the only place I will ever go to get flooring replaced.

Great service, great people. North Coast Floor did our office a few years ago and our home recently and each time we’ve been really happy with the results. They were fantastic and patient in helping us choose our flooring. From there they guided the project perfectly. Strong recommendation.

From the moment my husband and I walked into the shop, we were treated with kindness and respect. We were doing a kitchen remodel and our contractor suggested this place. We went in on a Saturday, and although we didn't have an appointment, Kerry was on top of helping us. We're a younger couple from the area so it can be iffy on if salespeople give us the same time a day as they would to an older couple, or city people, they assume has more money. We never felt treated that way with her though. She stayed on top of communication with us even when things were up in the air with our actual kitchen remodel timeline. She didn't judge, and was actually encouraging, of our style choices that aren't the most popular right now (while everyone wants white, modern kitchens). She thought it was great we were picking blue countertops. She helped us pick the grout, which I didn't realize would be so tough to choose. Then dealing with Stefan for the quote, and Brandon and Luke actually doing the work was a wonderful experience as well. The tile looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted for the old-fashioned look we were going for. Brandon and Luke were very kind and it wasn't awkward to be around them or ask questions if we needed during the work. They were diligent but quick, and stayed informative throughout. It's an investment but it truly pulled our kitchen together and the tile tied together the stainless steel in with the counters and wood. I couldn't have dealt with better people throughout the whole process, and everyone we interacted with. 10/10 recommend. I’ll start by saying my floors turned out beautiful. Mine was a big, difficult job. Rotten, uneven, and different subfloors beneath old linoleum between 3 rooms. Jason (manager) was confident the crew could fix the uneven base and give us a beautiful floor. So, the excitement grew, and the project planned. Long story short, we left for the days the crew tore into the project expected to come home to beautiful floors and a finished project. Knowing we’d have some clean up to do and furniture to put back. Since it was the weekend, this was good timing. Unfortunately, this was not the case. There were several things left undone and blemishes in the floor that needed to be fixed. The project manager did not do a final inspection where these things would have been caught. So, we had to wait until Monday to get everything finished so we could put the house back together. After they fixed these issues, we discovered a hole that was accidentally punched into one of the walls and incorrectly repaired. Again, no final inspection done the second time the crew came back for finish up where this should have been caught and correctly repaired. I did inform the manager and office. I still have had no response. We're fixing it ourselves. I do love my new floors. I’ve attached pictures of the project. Good and bad. Would I go back? Remains to be seen…
