Brandon and his team went above and beyond my expectations. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked very fast, but carefully, and installed my beautiful bathroom flooring. They even replace the damaged flooring in a bathroom they hadn’t contracted to deal with, because they saw the issue and wanted to make everything look as good as possible. Brandon even replaced a leaking connector, saving me time and money that I really wouldn’t have been able to afford. I highly recommend this store and its extremely professional crew.

We had to do a complete floor remodel of our house. Brandon was recommended by a few of my friends and colleagues at work. Brandon came out same day to take measurements and ask what kind of flooring we were looking for. Once he had measurements we went to the shop to pick out flooring. Brandon and Tessa we're very professional. When they asked for our budget they did not try to push something just a little bit more and the price range. We did actually upgrade some of the padding for the carpet but again that was our decision it was not pushed. Once it came to do demo day and installation. We did have a very concerning issue with one of their employees. Brandon and Tessa handle this very professionally the issue got resolved same day and it was business as usual the next day. The install was done sooner than we expected. Brandon and his team were very thorough and efficient with their time. When we had questions Brandon and his team explain things a great detail to help us understand why they did things of certain way or when there was a decision to be made they asked what we wanted instead of just doing it to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Brandon, Tessa and floor Aesthetics for anyone looking to get flooring done.

Brandon and his crew (Armando and Nanies) installed carpet in four bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. They arrived early (7:00am) and were complete by 2:00pm. All three gentlemen were very courteous and worked diligently and efficiently. It turned out beautifully! We love how it looks and would highly recommend them. Thank you Brandon and crew!

Brandon and his crew came bright and early to install my upstairs laminate flooring in hallway, 2 bedrooms, and laundry room. They also installed carpeting on my stairwell. They are all very hard workers and very professional. Their work is precision perfect and they use their time wisely. Unbelievable how quickly the three men were able to get the work done. They laid carpet in two large areas of my house. They were in and out in a little over 2 hours, very nice and professional, and the carpet installation is great! I would use them again and I highly recommend them.
