Love my soon to be installed new flooring. The representatives in the store are all very polite and eager to help. Great pricing throughout, my order came very quickly and had a damaged case returned for exchange no waiting. Thanks!

I ordered the hardwood floor online, and Fairfield store was supposed to fulfill the order and ship to our location. After initial hiccups and miscommunications, the store manager personally delivered the hardwood floor to our site! and we were able to finish the project on time.

I arrived at the store half an hour before closing and the sales associate advised me it was too late to pick up flooring. I let the young lady know I drove 60 miles to see if she would make an exception. She went to retrieve items and then said all of the flooring sold right before I arrived and she would have to order it. I placed an order for the items and two days later I found out there is no cut off time for pick up AND the flooring was actually in stock the day I went in. The website showed 20 boxes in stock before I went in. When I left the store I check the website again and the inventory dropped to 8 in stock after I purchased 12 boxes. I had to make an extra trip because the associate did not feel like assisting me. There were two employees working that day but both suggested I drive to the Redding store where it was in stock. The manager did provide excellent customer service the day I picked up my items, but I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

LL flooring has been helpful to get trim pieces, transitions and stair bull nose for my project and were very helpful and this is the 2nd time they have helped me. Staff very nice and helpful.

Had my upstairs done with LVP to.mat h my downstairs. Got the same contractor as before (Brent Tyner) after asking to switch because the contractor they initially assigned us was extremely slow to even get us quoted and was poor in communication. After Brent Tryner took over his team did an awesome Job and my wife and I are super happy.

This is the worst flooring company I have ever experienced. They lie online about their products and whether they have them or not and what they are. I have screenshots the prove it. Do not trust this company if you want your floor in to your house within a year and you want the stuff you've chosen and paid for because you never know what they're going to send you or if they're going to send you anything. While I was there she was getting phone call after phone call of unhappy customers that want their money back or one of their delivery of their flooring. I should turned around and left right then but on their word I I'd run 50 miles on their word just to find out they didn't have what they said they had and they we're extremely rude. If you shop here get ready to be unhappy and really mad.

Worked with Roberto sold us engineered flooring for our home. Great service non pushy sales man. We drove from the peninsula because all of our local stores were closed. Despite only allowing one customer at a time he took his time and went into great Detail on all the products we were interested in. Will recommend to friends and family.

Worst customer service possible. Appointments are required but their website does not state that. the sign on door States 10 people allowed in store at one time, but they're only allowing one person/ appointment. The price is seen through the window we're higher than home Depot sale price for same product. .also, if they are truly that concerned about the community's health, the employee should be wearing masks.
