Five Star Floors

We used Five Star Floors last year to install new flooring in 4 different rooms in our house. We were incredibly happy with the results. The employees arrived on time and worked very efficiently. We recently had a dishwasher leak which damaged a large portion of those same floors. We called Joe right away and he responded quickly with a plan to make the necessary repairs. We just had the floors repaired and you can't tell there was ever any damage. Joe is great to work with and we are extremely happy with their service and products.

I am so very grateful that we came across Five Star Floors. We were in need of carpet replacement and laminate floor repair. We checked out other businesses, but we just had a good feeling about this business, especially after all the stellar reviews! From meeting Jerry at our home to conduct an estimate, speaking with Joe, the owner in scheduling the install, to working with Eduardo and his helper on the day of the project, everything was seamless and easy! The carpet turned out amazing as well as the laminate floor repair. These guys are experts in their field and you can tell they take their craftsmanship to heart. I also appreciated Joe giving me a call the day after just to ensure we were happy with the job and that everything turned out well. I had planned on having flooring done by a local retail store but they were out of stock of needed supplies. Lucky for me I found 5 Star Flooring. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to arrange installation within days and it was very evident he placed the customer first. The installers Edwardo and Mario were prompt to arrive and did an excellent job. The whole process was effortless and I will definitely return for future flooring needs. I will definitely recommend 5 Star Flooring to my friends as service and cost was definitely 5 Star.

Five Star just finished up replacing the majority of the floors in our house and we could not be happier with results. Their pricing was fair and their team of installers were top notch, paying extremely close attention to detail. They were also very respectful and showed right on schedule everyday for the duration of the project. We would highly recommend Five Star Floors to anyone with an upcoming flooring project.

Excellent experience at Five Star Floors. I got a much higher quality product at a better price than the big box store or flooring outlet companies. And the installers are the best. Very detailed and quality installation. I will be calling Joe at Five Star whenever I need flooring in the future.

Absolutely EXCELLENT Mohawk Ultrawood Plus engineered hardwood flooring expertly installed by Edwardo & crew! We had ~1,300 sq ft installed in 2 days with removing carpeting & installing new wood trim a few weeks ago. We have an insane golden retriever that loves to run in our home. She tried racing down our hallway the day it was installed. She tried to dig in her claws to make the corner & smashed into our wall. She has been slowly learning that her claws do not work on our new flooring. There is absolutely no damage at all to our new Mohawk Ultrawood hardwood flooring. We are EXTREMELY HAPPY with our whole buying, installation, and durability with our hardwood flooring. The owner Joe and his wife listened to our needs: insane dog & grandkids, along with looking at pictures of our furniture & suggested the Mohawk Ultrawood, as well as the color that would work the best for us. We absolutely love our new carpet. Joe is extremely knowledgable and it is quite evident that he loves his work. He was very accommodating to our schedule and budget and his installers did a fantastic job.
