Absolutely the best experience. We liked Matt, the estimator. Denise is great! She helped us pick out the perfect laminate flooring. The installation crew was totally professional and skilled. It was a big job and they made it look easy.

On 11/10, Steve and Daniel from Premier Flooring came all the way to Tahoe to replace my flooring after they had a last minute cancellation. Not only did they add me to the list last minute, and make the drive to Tahoe, but they went above and beyond leaving my place looking spotless. Long story short, my apartment had a huge leak that ruined my ceiling and floor. Steve and Daniel did an amazing job on my laminate floor. It looks so much better in my place now. Steve and Daniel were both so polite and professional. They wanted to ensure I was happy before they left. During a difficult time at my home, they helped make the situation much better. Premier Floor Covering sold and installed the carpet throughout our home. We love our new carpet and the owner, Dan, and his sales staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Premier for all of your flooring and tile needs. We have bought flooring over the years from Premier and they continue to have consistently excellent service.

After talking over a couple of weeks with three companies, these guys stood out as the most customer-friendly, competent and attentive to our needs and our questions. We were thrilled when they also submitted the lowest bid. They did not disappoint! In one and a half days they transformed three bedrooms and a staircase. We were really impressed with their complete focus on the job. One might perhaps expect minor paint scuffing or other issues - there are none. The place looks gorgeous. Well done you guys. I initially chose Premier Flooring based on the stellar reviews of their customer service. Denise was extremely patient and helpful as I was trying to decide on new carpet for my master bedroom. She presented several options and colors and made sure I was happy with my final selection. My new carpet hasn't been installed yet but I'm confident I'll be very pleased with the final result. Update: The installation experience was great. The installers were very careful moving my furniture. I'm very happy with the new carpet. Everyone at Premier was a pleasure to work with.
