Updated review: Crew broke our laundry room toilet, didn't tell anyone and then didn't fasten down the toilet after removal causing water to leak. Pieces of quarter round are not nailed to the baseboard / wall and can be removed by one finger Metro Flooring Contractors was great to work with. Very competitive price for services. Crew was phenomenal and considerate. Customer service staff is amazing to work with as well.

Excellent service and quick! I called for an estimate they came the next business day with samples. Measured my home and made me an offer. Price and convenience were so good I had to take the deal. They had a good amount of samples in different ranges. They installed the carpet 2 days later. Whole process took a total of 2 days. It was awesome. I was dreading having to go to the big box stores and haggle with their expensive prices and get on a wait list for install. Mona was our sales rep and she is amazing she fought tooth and nail to get us the best deal and such a sweetheart. Customer service is excellent!

Just had my floors put in back in Sept, and there coming loose on my stairs steps going into my basement and loose molding. Called MFC last week to notify them and was told they could not come because it was the holiday ( mind you, Christmas was a week away ) and said they will come out on January 3rd .... OK, we will see if a call is made to confirm my repair visit. So 2.5 stars for right now #justdothejob **** UPDATE ***** UPDATE ***** As promised, MFC came out on January 3rd to repair the steps and molding in my basement. The gentleman that came out reinspected my steps and molding and immediately got to work explaining to me what happened and how he would reapair/ reinforce the steps. I waited till the 16th of Jan to repost, and I can say the 2nd time around, they got it right. #allisgood

Metro Floor took good care of us! They did an awesome job on the install, very fair pricing, and good inventory! They also work in an extremely timely manner! Carissa was particularly helpful in guiding us through the process! She was very flexible and personable while finalizing the details of our contract! She made us feel comfortable with our decision.

Had my hardwood floors sanded and stained. Over all was a good job. Some things could of been done a little better with communication between salesman and contractor that lead to some things not going as smooth as planned, but it’s not an easy job and in the end everything worked out. Just make sure everyone is on the same page to avoid problems that could have been avoided. I recommend them.

This team was awesome from the quote to install to all the customer service reps checking in along the way. When we ripped up my carpet we found the floor was not level. Team quickly pivoted, leveled the floor that day so they could come back and finish the install the following day. Floors look great and I’m getting so many compliments. So happy I went with metro. Amazing price and I can’t wait to schedule my downstairs with this team. Update - metro does it again! My downstairs is now complete and I’m sad to say, I don’t have any more flooring for metro to do. I wanted a vinyl tile and metro had the perfect option. They were able to rip up the prior tile and complete the job in one day. Amazing job once again metro!

The gentleman who came out had sample size carpet flooring and assisted us in selecting the best option. The pressure is on when you receive a free estimate so be sure to make a decision and negotiate. I had my stairs, hallway and three bedrooms carpeted. The men were in and out in about 3 hours.
