Installed plank flooring 2yrs ago and had a problem with one of the boards. These guys jumped on the issue, came out a did the repair, Ryan in sales stayed on top of this from the moment I called until repairs completed. And Jason, who did the repair work was super.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt I needed to after working with Ryan on our new LVP flooring. This was for our summer place, so we are not there all the time. I reached out to him, after receiving an extremely high quote from another flooring place. He had the exact style we wanted and came over in a couple of hours to measure it for us. They were $750 cheaper than the other flooring store. A few weeks later they were able to install it. It could not have been any easier. They installation team was professional and finished the whole job in a few hours. We have been getting compliments since we put them in. Thanks again to Ryan, who is a really nice guy and was very easy to work with.

We used Homeworks in Ocean City to replace our LVP flooring with engineered hardwood 4 months ago, and were very pleased from start to finish. Wynemah Fuller was wonderful. She helped us with our flooring selections, explaining the different types of flooring, and walked us through the whole process from selections to measuring to ordering to installation. Leo and his team of installers did a fantastic job with the installation, and cleaned up each day before leaving our home. After having multiple contractors in our home for other projects, it was so nice to have a team that didn't leave a mess behind! Our floors are beautiful!

Not being familiar with the Ocean City area, we chose Homeworks after some research and discovered we had made a great selection for new carpeting. I had a wonderful experience with this store. Wynemah was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I had called a couple other stores and between being out of state at the time, the busy time of year and worldwide supply issues, I couldn’t find anyone to meet my timetable. Homework’s Carpet One was my third call, and Wynemah listened to my goals over the phone and found a solution the same day. She helped me find the perfect in stock carpet and made the process seamless! I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Could not be ANY HAPPIER with the whole experience delivered by the good folks at Homeworks on Coastal Highway in Ocean City. The products and all services were superior. Purchased rugs, flooring and window treatments installed in a very professional, timely manner. Worked specifically with Rose on windows, and they look stunning in the condo. Rose took great care in assessing our specific needs and didn’t try to over sell. We are thrilled with her work and lovely personality. Ryan was in charge of our flooring, and he was communicative and direct in getting the job accomplished perfectly. He choose competent, professional installers who take their time and did an excellent job. We needed them to come back to revisit a small space that we felt needed a tiny bit of extra attention and they responded quickly without hesitation. We are enjoying our choices, and their work at our beautiful condo overlooking the Ocean, as all of the work was completed in time for the season. I had a wonderful experience at Homeworks Carpet One! Honestly, the other reviews I've read are shocking because they definitely do NOT reflect my experience. I'm so glad I didn't listen to what a couple other people wrote. My salesman Ryan was nothing but professional and helped me pick out the perfect fit for us, the porcelain tile that looks like hardwood. I LOVE it!! Our installers were on it and I had no problem with the job they did. Next project is new countertops and I plan to use Homeworks again, without a doubt.
