My relationship with Carpet Spectrum, Inc. began in 2020 when I was in need of vinyl flooring installation for the upstairs of my family home turned rental. This was a very challenging time for me to take on this type of project, as my mother had just passed in February of that year. I pursued other quotes and in my final analysis, Carpet Spectrum via Costco was my overall best deal. Further, that this was the beginning of my relationship with their professional, informed and kind representative Brian. Brian possesses great communication and interpersonal skills and his love of his work was really evident every step of the way. He was very patient with me, as I was in a huge learning curve regarding flooring installation at that time. He educated me and went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. My flooring job was beautiful! And, his team even identified a compromised area of my base flooring, while doing a fantastic job of reinforcing it for future safety of all occupants. Brining my experiences forward, I had to contact Brian again recently in hopes that he was still available 3 1/2 years later. And, he was. This truly speaks to the longevity and reliability of this companies employees. He immediately responded to my text and was diligent in assisting me with a repair to my existing flooring. The quote was competitive and fair. The work was beautiful! Kudos to Brian for being here for me again when I needed him and for patiently sharing pertinent information for future care of my flooring, including links for cleaner and maintenance products without me asking.

We closed on a townhome back in May and unfortunately realized that the tile flooring on the second floor was completely done incorrectly when contacting multiple businesses about repairing some loose tiles. After speaking with several contractors, we chose Carpet Spectrum due to their time in the industry and the fact they were licensed specifically for flooring and tile as I wanted things done right the first time. I made multiple trips to their location in Lomita to take a look at samples and they allow you to borrow some to take home to see how it'll look in the space. The staff was always friendly and Jason came on-site to our home to measure the space for an estimate; he also answered any questions I had via email and was very responsive. We decided for ease & pricing to go with a luxury vinyl plank and everything was done in 5 days. We love how the flooring turned out and it was a huge plus that they also took care of moving our appliances during install. Highly recommend Carpet Spectrum for your flooring needs!

We recently had a Luxury Vinyl Flooring installed throughout our 3 bedroom home. We are very pleased. The flooriing looks wonderful. The installers were excellent, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. We worked with Jason F., Sales Assoc. who is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Jason and the team at Carpet Spectrum.

Carpet Spectrum just installed wood flooring and carpeting in our 2 bedroom condo. We were very impressed with the entire team. Jan helped us pick out the materials - explaining the different kinds of flooring and carpeting offered with most available to be seen in the store. We were able to take home various samples to see how they looked in our spaces. Jason came out to measure and explain the installation process so we could prepare. The installers were very professional and courteous and before they left every day they cleaned up as best they could so we could still continue to function in the condo. Our job took 5 full days to complete. I highly recommend Carpet Spectrum - we were very impressed from start to finish.

Poor follow up. I have been waiting five months for paperwork and installation. Jim keeps putting me off from honest updates on permit and product ordered. I don't recommend them to anyone who wants the work done right away. Product quality seems good. After writing this review, I realized there was a lot of mis communications that happened and had to realize the shipment delay due to Covid and product not in stock. I am very pleased with tile and installation in two baths and kitchen. The only reason of the four stars was due to the length of time it took to complete the process.

Best customer service EVER! The floors I ordered had a manufacturer defect that wasn’t detected until they were installed. I was so worried that I would have to start over and buy a different product. Well guess what! Carpet Spectrum contacted the manufacturer and got my floors replaced at no cost to me! You never know when you’ll need the level of customer service Carpet Spectrum offers. My advice.. go with the BEST, Carpet Spectrum! Jason and his entire staff were so helpful! I couldn’t be happier and wholeheartedly recommend this standout flooring co. Skip the big box DIY products and contact Carpet Spectrum!!!

We had a Mannington Adura luxury vinyl plank installed in our living room. Everything went beautifully. Jan and Brian helped us at the store. Art was the installer. He worked so hard and so did his assistant. We were very pleased with the effort and dedication of these people. The price was great too. I also want to mentioned that they were on time both days. Very organized professional and no mess. They cleaned up everything. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from sales through installation! We had Carpet Spectrum install over 2,500 of Karndean luxury vinyl plank throughout our house. Jason, our salesperson, was incredibly professional and helpful. The father-son team who installed the flooring were fantastic - polite, efficient, and highly competent. We love this flooring: it looks great and is extremely durable. I highly recommend both Carpet Spectrum and Karndean!!
