Highly recommended! Floor Coverings International- Long Beach are true professionals. We are so pleased with our new floors and carpet. It was a bit overwhelming trying to pick out new flooring and carpet for our new home, but FCI’s mobile showroom made it easy. We were able to see the flooring and carpet samples in our home prior to making any decisions. Ashley (business owner) was so kind and reasonable to work with. She was super attentive to our needs and desires, and she made the whole process very simple and smooth. Ben (the project manager) was super friendly, down-to-Earth and communicative throughout the whole process. The installation crew did a fantastic job and the quality was top-notch.

Ashley and her team were amazing to work with. Ashley sent samples to me to review ahead of time and when I didn’t find any I liked, sent more! Once selected they scheduled me in the next week. Ashley and team made my life so easy. The installer called ahead of time to give me a window for the next day. He arrived on time, respectfully took his shoes off (were a no shoes house) and got to work. His team was fast and clean. We noticed an error (they cut a spot for a hinge we didn’t need) so they quickly fixed it with no issue. It looks great and our daughter loves the carpet! It’s super soft and perfect for doing handstands and other fun kid stuff.

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International! We had two of our stairwells redone by them and across the board it was an excellent experience. I had to get several bids and the main reason we went with this company was because of Ashley, the owner. Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine friendliness mattered to me as much as their pricing. She has an excellent team, as well. Ben kept me in the loop at every phase of the project and when it came time for the actual install, the crew were equally professional, courteous and friendly. Both Ashley and Ben were on site at the start of the project and both followed up with me to insure that all went well, and truly, I could not be happier with this experience. I'm kinda bummed it's over! Oh yeah, the stairwells turned out beautifully. Call them, you won't regret it!

Ben and Ashley were amazing! We can't say enough about the positive experience we had with them. Ashley was so helpful from the get-go in selecting carpet for our rental. Uriel did a great job on installation. Unfortunately, when he pulled up our old flooring, it turns out we had some water intrusion. Ben and Ashley helped connect us with someone to help with that issue and they were so patient with us as we dealt with that. Then Uriel was able to come back and complete the job. They were quick, thorough, and clean, and the flooring looks great! I will never go to someone else for my flooring needs. They have a customer for life.

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. Ashley, the owner was a joy to work with. Her crew installed vinyl flooring in my home and the whole process was easy. I instantly felt comfortable with her. Her installers got the job done in 2 days without moving my furniture out. They just shuffled it into other rooms. Their work was outstanding. I decided to go with a small run business and I think that made all the difference. Flooring is all they do so they excel at that. They also are fair with their pricing. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

We just completed conversion of our master bedroom from carpet to a beautiful engineered hardwood floor with Floor Coverings International and owner Ashley. Ashley is great - she's responsive, the price was right, and the job was completed beautifully and quickly. Our sub-floor required more work than expected but it was covered under the original contract - there were no additional hidden costs. Ashley and FCI were a pleasure to work with and I would easily do business with them again. I highly recommended them for your needs!

She took the time to give me an array of floor samples and price out different options that suited my needs. Through the process of remodeling flooring, she kept me updated constantly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Not only was the quality of work phenomenal, but the service and timeliness of her team put me at ease. Upon completion, she was able to provide a walkthrough along with further information regarding how to care and clean them. The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional.
