Ben the sales representative is excellent !!!! He was very patient with me asking so many questions. He also pointed out the difference between nylon or polyester carpet , also the difference between the different pads. If u r in the market for new flooring I would highly recommend United Floor , great staff , and above all great prices.
Recently had hardwood floors installed in two rooms. Linny, Joe and a gentleman called Uncle Dave did the job. They were very hardworking and professional. Very helpful to me a woman with bad knees in laying down my area rugs that I could not have done myself. Cannot praise them enough. Thank you all. Teresa
United Floor Covering has a good selection of carpet and a good price. Ben was especially helpful and patient while I selected the carpet and pad. The installation crew arrived on time and worked all day to install my carpet. They did a good job, were respectful of my house and left me with some extra pieces of carpet for the garage.

We live in a 100-year-old home, and we are trying to keep it as authentic as possible. They were very patient with me; they gave me lots of options & provided a very good installation. Ben & Jessica were very helpful and work together great as a team. Ben provided constant contact during the process and even after the installation. I would highly recommend United flooring, great quality, fantastic service and installation.

From selecting our tile to the installation, this was the BEST experience! The staff and crew were friendly, professional, and fun to work with. Their expertise in materials transformed our project from a simple remodel to the creation of a spa-like bathroom. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

This company gets zero stars! Purchased $3,800 worth of tile and received defective, cracked, and wrong product within my order. They realized that part of my order went to another customer whom left my tile in the rain! They wanted me to sign a release of liability stating there was no water damage, but I refused as they can't guarantee that! Now the company refuses to take responsibility and exchange/return the product. Very poor customer service and fraudulent business! I highly recommend using another company for your project! See pictures below(1-3 are some of the defective tiles and last is a picture of what I was supposed to receive)

Ms. Jones, we must respectfully clarify your misrepresentation of the events. To begin with, the manufacturer inspected and verified your tile was in fact, not defective. When your 78 cartons were unpackaged and it was discovered that one carton has a cracked piece and five cartons were a different product, replacement cartons were ordered without question. We also never asked you to sign a release of liability for the tile that had the tattered cardboard exterior. Lastly, at no time did we refuse to guarantee your tile was free from moisture damage. Upon delivery of the 6 replacement cartons, we asked you to sign a Delivery Material Receipt, the same form you signed when we delivered the first 78 cartons to your home on a previous delivery. This was to simply have you acknowledge receipt of the replacement cartons. Upon you declining said delivery, both ourselves and the representative from the tile manufacturer attempted to explain to you that porcelain tile is inherently impervious to moisture, a fact easily confirmed by searching the internet. To state that we would not guarantee that no water damage occurred is false, as that was exactly what we attempted to assure you. Your porcelain tile is approved to go into showers, exterior walkways (in rain, snow, sleet), and in pools making your concern for moisture damage unfounded due to your product's structural composition and yes....both the manufacturer and ourselves did indeed guarantee that. The pictures you uploaded are a perfect representation of undamaged tiles, free of any chips and cracks. The exterior cardboard packaging that surrounds a bundle of tile is simply the method of packaging that the tile industry chooses to transport their product from point A to point B. Tattered cardboard by no means affects how the product will perform, it is simply the most cost-efficient and environmentally friendly way to transfer tile. The cartons you declined are sitting in our warehouse and can be exchanged for the ones you have in your possession. We look forward to you exchanging your tile at your earliest convenience so that you may proceed with completing your project. Since 1973, we have served our community with one goal....to do our best! This is the town we were born in, raise our children in, and choose to grow our business in. It's unfortunate that you feel we were "fraudulent" because what purpose would that serve? Our success for the last 50 years has deeply relied upon word of mouth and repeat customers. It's because of this dedication that we have survived multiple recessions and now a pandemic. While your order faced some challenges outside of our direct control, rest assured that we were committed to resolving those issues and find it very unfortunate that we were unable convince you of that. Again, we welcome you to exchange your tile at your earliest convenience.
We needed to match vinyl plank flooring to real wood flooring. Dave did a great job and you can't tell the difference. The installers were extremely professional and nice to work with.
