Ben came by and within minutes had a quote for us to talk through. We had another company come give a quote and they measured every room meticulously with a drawing and everything. They ended up with the same sq ft and emailed a quote a day later. Basically, Your Floors are the real deal and know what they're doing. They've also folded in a seamless digital quote experience with customization of quote, approval, and deposit. Ben was no nonsense, low pressure, no gimmicks... and on top of that a real nice guy.

I have used Your Floor to install new hardwood flooring at 2 different houses. At my previous house, I got 3 estimates and Your Floor's price was the best plus the representative that gave me the quote seemed very thorough. I replaced all the carpeting in my house with hardwood flooring and they did such a good job that when I purchased my current house I decided to use them again to replace all the carpeting with hardwoods. They discovered that the subfloor was not good quality and replaced it, as well as adjusting the height of the door casings. Overall quality work at a good price.

Your Floor came out to my property and Alpharetta at the beginning of 2017. We had hardwood floors that were badly worn areas of carpeting that we wanted replaced with hardwood floors throughout the home both first and second floors not to mention the staircase which needed to be replaced. They came out, measured the entire home. They quoted us on the carpet, removal the prepping of the floors, they were able to perfectly match the type of hardwood that was already installed in my home and seamlessly cover the areas all the way into the closets so that the first floor would be the same hardwood throughout. On the second floor, we tore out all the carpeting and every bedroom and closet, and the same hardwoods were put down throughout. The staircase completely had the carpeting removed new treads and backer board was installed along with beautiful wrought iron balusters. Existing hardwoods were then sanded down to raw wood. Several stains colors were laid out on the floor for us to choose from. It was a ton of work and they were literally literally done with the project within a week, the entire home both first and second floor, including the staircase. Of course we had not moved into the home yet, so this made their job somewhat easier. It looks spectacular And completely transformed our home! We’re so glad we did this. As an aside, we received three different bids, and your floor was the most affordable, and provided the most complete breakdown in a bid that we had ever seen the workmanship and care that was taken with the handling of our new home was spectacular! here we are in 2024 and I still receive glowing compliments on my hardwood floors whenever someone enters the home! Highly recommend, hands-down these folks will always have my business

We used Your Floor for replacement of all of our main level floors with new white oak floors. Ben's communication was very professional during the quotation, in-process and finishing phases. The floors were installed really well and Jose and his crew did a very good job getting as many of the old squeaks "quieted" as possible. Ben responded within days for a quick site visit and comprehensive quote to replace the carpet with new hardwood floors. The team was on site soon after the contract was signed. Jose and team were professional, pleasant, and communicated throughout the week regarding the schedule each day. The floors look great. They did a fantastic job lining up the floor boards to transition beautifully to the previously installed hardwood in the hall. I really like the way they put three options for color on the newly installed floor so we could choose based on how it looked in our space.

We are so happy with our new floors. So, so happy. We had two different types of flooring installed in our home. The first was in the master bedroom, closets, and office. Those rooms had carpet before, and we wanted to replace the carpet with hardwood floors. The second project was the basement (we had carpet but wanted vinyl plank). We got estimates from two companies. The first company gave a very vague description and a price tag that didn’t really tell us much about the cost of the flooring, cost of installation, etc. That deterred us from using the other company. When we contacted Ben from Your Floor, he came out and took measurements. We were able to discuss our projects with him and he was very accommodating. When we received the estimate from Your Floor, it had an exact breakdown of the cost of materials based on specific measurements, as well as the cost of installation. We like those details. We proceeded with Your Floor. One of the features we used in the beginning of the projects was the “Room Viewer” tool on their website. We were able to see what the flooring options were by taking a photo of our rooms, and seeing what the flooring options were for colors and types. It really helped us make our decision on exactly what we wanted to have installed. We got everything scheduled and they came out and removed the carpeting, installed the new hardwoods, sanded and stained the new floors and the floors are beautiful.We also had them do a technique called “hand-scraping” on the hardwoods. We absolutely love the way they turned out. The second project we did was in our basement. We had carpet removed, a moisture barrier rolled on (pictures attached) and vinyl plank flooring installed in the entire basement (bathroom included). It looks great, is so easy to clean, and the biggest perk (in my opinion) is the fact that if there is ever any water damage to the basement (water heater, toilet overflow, etc), it is an easy clean up. It is perfect flooring for a basement. I can highly recommend this company for their prices, getting the projects done efficiently, the communication, and the ease of doing business with Ben and the installation crew. We are extremely happy with our new floors. 5 Stars.

Your Floor refinished our oak floors on our main level and put down vinyl planking in our finished basement. The entire experience, from the quote, to selecting the flooring, to the finished product was a very positive experience. They even came out a couple of days before they were scheduled to start and sanded an area and applied different colored stains and finishes so we could select exactly what we wanted. Ben is the person we dealt with and he was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. We were out of town when they did the work and they sent pictures every day to show their progress. We are getting some additional work done and Your Floor will be doing all of it. We don't typically leave reviews, but felt this company warranted a great review.
