47th Place Carpet One Floor and Home

I was completing a long-distance build and used 47th Place Carpet One and had above-excellent service from start to finish. Flooring was immaculately installed and on time. Josh even helped with shower tile that I had purchased in Iowa and had shipped to California. (It was easier to make selections locally.) We ran into several issues on the Iowa end, but Josh went out of his way to help us through to the end, which definitely wasn’t his responsibility, but he did it anyway (even when he was not at work due to illness.) I highly recommend 47th Place. They have perfected customer service! Thank you, Josh! And thanks to the lovely ladies that always took the time to greet me when I walked through the door.

So great to work with Josh on our carpet and flooring project! We had many hurdles to overcome, between the financial restraints and the preexisting floors that were wonky due to being added over the years with multiple materials. I highly recommend Josh at Carpet One in Oakhurst. I contacted them about installing carpet in a home I own in the mountain area. I am living in another country currently and they were incredibly helpful. They had no problem returning my phone call to my international number, sending images and prices through email, using video chat to discuss my needs and problem solve, sending photos of before and after the instal. It was fast from start to finish and that is what I needed. From my initial contact by phone to instal was 10 days! They even treated the concrete foundation before they laid the carpet & underlay and they vacuumed the carpet after it was installed. Everyone that I spoke to at Carpet One was professional and helpful and Josh was a dream to work with. I don't post a lot of reviews but the level of care and professionalism made me want to say thank you to the whole team at Carpet One, so Thank You!

We went everywhere looking for vinyl plank flooring (LVP) . Home Depot was $3.50 a sq foot for poor quality stuff and it was difficult to get the quantity from Costco. Bill at Carpet came in less expensive and he was so easy to work with and very helpful. My new flooring was delivered in 2 weeks right to the garage and it looks beautiful !

Josh was very easy and professional to work with. As a long distance client, we found that he communicated well, had a great product and a great installation crew. We were pleased to be able to support a local business with such good pricing and finished results!
