I have used this service on many occasions. For my home, for my business and then for my mother's house. The crew was very respectful and personable. They did a great job and left the place clean from all their materials. I would highly recommend them. And price seemed very reasonable!

Buyer beware! Poor quality work, and poor work ethic! I hired East County Flooring to install laminate flooring throughout my home. Upon completion We noticed several areas that sunk in and were bouncy and noisy as we walked through our home. After several attempts to have them come check it, they finally came over and their response to the squishy, sinking, noisy areas was that the flooring is supposed to be that way. So I hired a certified flooring inspector and he concluded that East County Flooring did not properly install the flooring according to the manufactured guidelines. They failed to level the subfloor and did not grind high areas or utilize self leveling concrete in the low areas. They just laid flooring on top of as is subfloor. After confronting the owner Noe about the problem, he stated that they DO NOT need to level subfloors or follow the guidelines of the flooring manufactures and then he peeled out twice out of my driveway. So then I hired a new floor company to properly level the subfloor and install the flooring correctly. Upon removing what East County Flooring installed, we noticed several low areas that were 1 inch deep that they ignored and several high areas that should have been leveled before installation. I will never recommend East County Flooring to anyone. Poor quality work!
