Floor Coverings International Carmichael

About 6 months ago I got some new floors in part of my house. Based on my needs, Jose recommended a type of flooring I hadn't previously considered (Revwood laminate). I am very happy with it. It looks great, is easy to clean, and has held up wonderfully so far. Jose and Carlos were very responsive when there was a small issue I wanted addressed. I am excited for when I can get more of the floors done, just saving up.

Cannot recommend Floor Covering International enough! I received quotes from 3 different companies. Although Floor Covering International wasn’t the cheapest option, I ultimately decided to move forward with them because of Jose’s expertise and customer service as well as the quality of the flooring options. I am so happy that I did because the installers, Carlos and Carlos, did such an amazing job! I also appreciated being given leftover material in case of a future accidents. Jose is an amazing person to work with. Clear communication, efficient staff, and job well done. I got the foyer carpet of my gymnastics gym replaced and they initially quoted 4 days for the job but they ended up finishing in 2 days. Awesome team, clean, and coordinating with their team was easy! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and quality workmanship. This company from start to finish did an outstanding job. We have a custom built home that is over 60 years old. The tile floors were in disrepair and the concrete underneath was eroding. They are a local franchise and Jose (the owner was hands on from start to finish) . He helped us go through the different options and select the appropriate style and type of flooring we needed. The installer, Carlos, and his helper were extremely professional and worked amazingly hard to finish the job in a timely manner. Carlos is a true craftsman who added the finishing touches to make our floors look amazing. I will definitely be using this company again for other work. We hired Floor Coverings International, Sacramento, to do the tile work in our master bath and we couldn’t be happier. We had them tear out an old jacuzzi tub and build a walk-in shower. Our design associate helped us pick out the perfect tile and grout and the installers did an amazing job! Everyone was very professional and meticulous and we highly recommend them.

Our original floors were built in 1910, had lots of stains and needed replacement wood. I'm so happy we went with FCI Carmichael. They did an excellent job and the wood floor looks brand new. They also laid our new kitchen tiles with extra attention to our requests for design. The floors look fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
