Flooring Liquidators

My Rental home was broke into and was vandalized. I called around to almost all the flooring and installations companies. From being a retired General Building Contractor, I recognized immediately when Tyler from the Sacramento, Massie Road Store came out to estimate the work, with the questions she asked, I knew I need not look any farther. Tyler provided me with quick and cost saving estimates to replace the flooring, vanities, kitchen cabinets. I was provided with very good flooring and cabinet contractors that provided reasonable, competitive estimates and ready to do the work within days. Tyler did not just stop there, her kitchen design and flooring choices pulled it all together with paint colors, appliances and lighting. After deciding to sell my home, I had an acceptable offer above asking price within two days. I highly recommend Tyler - Flooring Liquidators and her estimating and design services.

When I was there I got the run around, this was the store off Miramar Rd. When I found a floor I liked, said they’d order it then it wasn’t available then no call backs to fix the problem, then said they would search for it nothing. Then my wife went in and oh hey we will have it in the next day. Waste of time and driving back and forth to get what we needed. I would not recommend this store to friends or family.

Anwar spent a lot of time with us helping to pick our flooring. Unfortunately a few days later we found out the flooring was on back order so we had to come in and find another one. He gave us the best price he could. Anwar was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Jorge was our installer and did an excellent job.

I had a very positive experience- good selection of hardware, significant savings over other places I checked including other discount places. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't pretend to know information they didn't, happy to look up questions and even call product reps for me. Didn't try to up sell me at all. I got a great deal on a beautiful hardwood floor, the product was ready for pick up in 2 business days (distribution facility in Modesto). I will recommend them to friends and use them again.
