Central Coast Flooring, Cabinets and Granite

I heard good things about Central Coast Flooring, Cabinets, and Granite. When I called, Chad quickly came out to measure the kitchen. I chose some quartz and they gave me an estimate for the materials. I decided I couldn’t afford o do it at this time, but was happy with the service received.

Central Coast install wood floors throughout my house, including hand building new stair treads and skirtboards. They also installed new countertops and backsplash. I appreciated the fact that they searched out the exact wood I wanted. They did very good work, arrived on time and cleaned up after each visit. You cannot go wrong with them.

So glad to work with Tim, Chad, & Gigi. Our house has an upper level with an octagonal design which translates to crazy angles. In addition, the old hardwood flooring was glued to the subfloor in several places. The crew tackled these challenges with diligence and attention to detail, and the new hardwood floors are spectacular. We also appreciate that they worked us into their schedule on short notice and left the place clean and ready for our move-in. These folks have earned our business and we look forward to working with them, again.

I recently had engineered hardwood floors installed in my bedrooms and closets to match the floors throughout the rest of my condo. The bedrooms had carpet. The specific flooring we wanted to match was discontinued, but Gigi managed to secure the remaining inventory. From my initial contact with CCF to the completion of the job, the process was seamless. They consistently responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Tim walked me through the plans and discussed options on how to incorporate the floors to the existing floors and the installation was completed within 4 days. The new floors seamlessly blended with the existing ones, creating a beautiful flow. I am impressed with the quality of work and the team's responsiveness. I have another home where I plan to do the same flooring replacement, and I will definitely choose CCF again. Highly recommended!

I recently had the best experience working with Tim and Gigi at Central Coast Flooring. I had Tim and his amazing crew replace my floors with beautiful new engineered wood and the process was "painless" and they did the job in a timely manner. Tim and Gigi were always available for any questions I had and if I left them a message, they always returned my call! Their communication is excellent. I will use them again when I am ready to replace my kitchen countertops.

We feel so fortunate to have found Central Coast Flooring, Cabinets and Granite for our LVP install! Tim, Gigi and the crew are phenomenal. We were in a bit of a bind trying to get new flooring installed from afar prior to moving in to our new home, and Tim went above and beyond to make it happen. We could’ve be more grateful! Tim and Gigi are great communicators who are always welcoming, responsive, honest, knowledgeable and informative. Since we were out of town when the job was being completed, we sincerely appreciated the photo updates sent along the way. We were beyond impressed by how Tim took initiative to help, even when unrelated to flooring- like calling an electrician when our garage door wouldn’t work, checking in with us when he noticed our chickens were out (they weren’t supposed to be!) or making sure that our windows we’re locked and covered since we hadn’t yet moved in. We were able to relax knowing Tim and his crew were looking out for both our floor install and our home. Everyone involved in our install was extremely courteous and left the house cleaner than they found it. Not only was the job finished when promised despite some surprises (at no fault to CC Flooring- joys of buying a new house with unexpected glued-on hardwood and elevation changes), the result is simply beautiful. It was our first time not only owning our home, but also going through a renovation. We had met with a few different contractors and didn't have a great feeling after our meetings. Everyone wanted to rip our tiny condo down to bare bones and do everything custom, which wasn't what we wanted. We were under a time crunch being in between places and of course on a budget. Walking in to Central Coast Flooring all that uneasiness totally disappeared. First off we were met by the best dog Scooter, such a good guy. After meeting with Tim, Chad & Gigi we knew right away they were the team we wanted to work with. They offered to come out to see our place that day. We walked through what we wanted and what was actually possible with the small space. We had a quote and a drawing a few days later. With our start date a few weeks out we had a planning meeting to go over any outstanding questions, materials, timing etc. We gave them 5 weeks to do new flooring, replace the whole kitchen & bathroom and carpets in the bedrooms. we started on June 29th and moved in August 1st! The process was extremely smooth and Tim & Chad made us aware of any issues as they came up, best of all they always had a solution for us. Chad walked around and talked to all our neighbors (condo complex) and let them know there was some work going on and what to expect etc. Their team cleaned up every night and left everything clean when they were gone (we know because we would sneak in every night to check it out). Central Coast Flooring delivered everything on time, and almost exactly on budget. They even let us use their yard to paint our baseboards. I highly recommend to anyone going through a renovation project. I especially recommend them for anyone going through their first projects. It has been 7 months since we completed the renovation and we love everything about it. Materials and work is holding up great, no loose ends or empty promises with Central Coast Flooring. Gigi was extremely helpful with itemized invoices, and allowed us to pay as projects were crossed off the list which was great for us.
