Had an excellent experience purchasing/installing Virginia millworks' tobacco road 3/4 acacia hardwood floors in our master bedroom. Load out was easy as they forklifted materials into truck. Used the bostik ms-grip adhesive and moisture barrier 2 in 1 product. Install was slab on grade. Jordan realized I'd need another 4 gallons of product. Was different than original estimate. His guidance saved me another trip to store. They were instrumental on proper application of product. Highly recommend shopping here as the staff is knowledgeable and educated on all flooring. Cheers to ll flooring. Best part is they have all the tools you need right there.

He was precise, and to the point when it came to my order inquiry. We conversed on flooring plans and different designs available given my price range and were able to successfully look at all the necessary items needed to get this job done. Not only was I able to save on my purchase, I got a better deal when it came to floor quality and grade vs going to some place like Lowes for the same price. He even went as far as helping me on his day off. As I was in a rush to save time, he recommended using the photo floor preview they have on their website that allows you to take a picture and replace your current flooring with any of their selection of floorings available instead of dealing with those small floor samples. The service was magnificent as he really went above and beyond, after the conversing we cleaned up the transaction and got all my flooring shipped in 2 days! I highly recommend talking to Cody at this location, thank you for being so great with this transaction!

Found nice flooring in the color I wanted. It happened to be on sale too which is nice. Good cutomer service too (helped me load up my Tacoma).
