Whalen Flooring, simply said, is totally awesome. We had occasion to replace carpeting with wood in our home library. We didn't know if any contractors would even be willing to take on the job as it was a small room. We didn't have a recommendation for anyone so we went online looking for a contractor here in Sebastopol. After looking at Cameron's website, we felt he was the one for us. We called and Cameron called us back the same day. That alone made for a great first impression. He came over to look at the room and we discussed the wood we wanted. Cameron found that the wood in other parts of our house was no longer available so he brought in a sample of what he felt would work for us. It matched! In short, Cameron was so professional, friendly and timely. He kept the work area clean and completed the job with the utmost in quality craftsmanship. Kudos to Whalen Flooring!

I hired this company based on location and the owners demeanor on the phone. I could Tell they were genuine and knew what they were talking about. I was right, best decision I made ! Super wonderful service and I’m exceedingly happy with the carpet repair/ re-stretching, I added on baseboards and he did that too, saving me time money and headaches. 10/10 would recommend, 6 stars if I Could. Hiring them back in the future for multiple Other projects I know are over my head. DIY is fun but I think I’ll leave flooring to the pros who know how to create a well done floor that lasts without any diy type issues popping up in the future ! Owner operator was wonderfully genuine and friendly, very professional and accommodating, as well as flexible, knowledgeable and hard working.

Whalen flooring is amazing! Cameron installed our floors from start to finish. He put such care and detail into his work. I love how he went over how the process works and even recommendations on what directions the flooring should be laid to best suit our layout. We also had some color variations in our flooring like most and he meticulously made sure to space out the darker planks so that the end result was a nice even look. I would like to also mention that his prices are fair and his communication during the entire process was great.

I am SO grateful that I found Whalen Flooring when I needed a new floor for my new business. I cant say enough how much I appreciate Cameron’s level of care, listening and communication, attention to detail, and all around exceptional quality of work on every front. Cameron does quality work and is a very hard worker. He has worked on my house and also I have seen other projects that he completed. You can see in the finish product the hard work and quality that he puts forth. All for an affordable price point. I highly recommend Whalen Flooring!
