Great job - old wide board pine floors that are absolutely looking brand new with just poly on them. Great price - little higher than other contractor but well worth the price. Great communication - Once the deal was set, I knew exactly when to expect movers, the next day sanders who covered everything that might get dusted in the process; and for next two days called before coming to continue the three coats of poly. Their vacuums ran after every detail, and my furniture was returned to the room when I called for the move, giving the floor time to cure. For a business woman, communication is essential - time is valuable - and quality workmanship is highly respected. Great job! Thank you everyone - polite, considerate and immensely helpful. We hired KPI to reglaze our shower and shower / tub combo. We had our work done in less than two weeks from the estimate, the job took only one day and the work was done with careful attention to detail. Communication with Rob was clear and easy throughout the process. Definitely reccomend!

We had a wonderful experience with KPI. From the beginning Rob was kind and on top of everything. He brought over multiple samples and colors and made the whole process very smooth. He was very accommodating and patient with us when we had to change our install date a few times due to some renovation issues. On the day of install the two KPI employees that came to the house were polite, efficient and did a amazing job. We can't say enough positive things about working with KPI and we will definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends!

I have used KPI for hardwood floor refinishing and carpet in two houses now and can't recommend them enough. Rob and Pat do a great job talking through the job and showing you the different stain/poly finishes and carpet options. I was most impressed how they were able to revive the floors in my kitchen. The floors were so distressed when I bought the home (see second photo) and after the their crew was done you would never of known. Their communication is great, they make you feel like a priority and their pricing was hard to beat. I've recommended KPI to 5-6 other friends/family and they all share the same experience. We needed a runner for our stairs to make it easier for our aging dog to go up and down safely. Rob came to the house the same day with some great options. Installation was completed very quickly. Needed my bonus room re-carpeted, Karpet Partners came out and did a fantastic job. They were quick, didn’t damage any walls or trim, and cleaned up the space well. Price wise they were also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Communication with Rob Oley was prompt and complete. Estimates were accurate an complete. Venders were great to work with. The wood floor refinisher and carpet installers were talented, neat and worked hard. Everything looks great… stairs, runner and three rooms upstairs. Recommend and Excellent experience!
