Complete replacement of whole system. Ductwork and a/c unit. Didnt start when they said they would. Tore out old system and except for duct guys. Took money and then wouldnt show up. Tried to slip a cheap unit by me instead of what i was paying for. Would say they would b on job next day but wouldnt show up and wouldnt call to let me know they wasnt coming so I was sittin here waiting for some one tthat wasnt planning on showing up. Did this for 5 or more days during the 5 wks it took them. And every thi g they tell ya jst about is a lie. Still not thru and going on 7 or 8 wks and they wont respond to calls or txts. Dnt kno what to do now. Reps of company I dealt with were clint, Bo and Tony. Cory the duct installer was only professional member of the company.

I love Albany Air! They provide excellent and timely customer service. The Carrior unit I had initially installed failed 3 times in the first few months and they advocated on our behalf for complete replacement and even brought out a Carrier rep to review the unit and was able secure complete replacement with no cost to us. Most recently I needed repair at night and when I read out the code problems, Art, the technician was honest with me and told me that he would not have the necessary replacement parts on his truck that night so I would not be charged an after hours fee. They called me first thing the next morning and had a technician out to our home nice and early. They fixed the problem and our a/c was back up and running quickly. Everyone of the employees I have dealt with have been extremely polite, professional, and honest. I will continue to do business with them and I confidently refer friends and family.

Diagnosis was a faulty electronic programmable thermostat. Recommendation was to replace it with the only thermostat allowed to be installed at a cost of $300. I ordered a Nest from Georgia Power for $100 and during the installation determined that the previous thermostat wasn't bad, it just wasn't making connection properly. I finished the Nest installation in 15 minutes and everything is fine.

Patrick Was Very professional and thorough. Took the time to go over all System checks performed. Very concerned about customers understanding what he was doing. Very personal as he inquired about a Family member he met and talked to the last time he serviced our unit.

It is very hard to rate one person as the people that work here are all fantastic and treated be very well. The repair person was very nice and professional as well as the ladies that handled my account. I had lost my husband during the time my air conditioner needed work done and they were very supportive not only of fixing my problem quickly but allowing me to make payments toward the bill. I highly recommend this business.

Arrived exactly on time (as usual) . Did his job quickly and professionally.Another tech came by when he finished early on another job and helped Richard finish up. Great service!!
