My air conditioner quit working during the storm. I called one heating an air person Tuesday. They told me that they would be there on Wednesday. Meanwhile i had no heat. And they were a no show. I called RHC heating and cooling. my unit is fixed I will from now on always choose RHC Heating and Cooling going forward. I talked to Michael he is such a Knowledgeable person.

Purchased my home system from RHC several years ago, system has worked perfectly all this time.
Yesterday my Home Series thermostat crapped out, by 8:00 this morning I received a call, tech was out 20 minutes later, 2 hours later he was cleaning up and out the door with my home heating as it should.
The technician (TJ) thoroughly evaluated the system, re-established my WiFi connection, kept me abreast of the process, and was both professional and courteous.

I'm a mechanical contractor and hired these people to clear a drain line that's at a business that is outside our territory. They apparently did a leak search and added refrigerant to a unit that only had a clogged drain and now the unit is leaking on the Xray machine. I'm in business 20 years and if I did this I would be ashamed of myself. on top of that they want to charge us to go back out there to repair the damage they created. Never in my life..... SMH

I apologize that you feel this way. We did go and clean a drain line that you told us your team from out of town didn't do but the customer had more problems than that. Cleaning the drain line was not the only issue and we didnt want to leave them unfixed. We then reported to you that they had a leaking evaporator coil and needed more cleaning. Clearly these are things your guys didnt catch when they were here. We would love to go back out to fix anything we could have done or to fix the bigger issue but you said you didnt want to do business with us anymore because we went above and beyond and your bill was higher than you expected. I apologize again that we refuse to do things half way. We never talked about charging to go back out. You told me to contact your customer for you and tell them to call their corporate office and would not allow us to go back. We pride ourselves in our work and if we did anything wrong we gladly will fix it if allowed.
