We have been using this company for years. I put in a call to have a dryer sheet removed from our vent. They came out and they removed the dryer sheet but now our unit not working . So they so call check the unit to see why it’s not working and the circuit breaker kept tripping. Well, they told us it was an electrical problem and we needed to call an electrician. So we call one, need to remind you that’s a service call add to our bill. He checked all the wires inside and outside, found no electrical problem. Now this Friday so we had to go Three days without any air and it was hot! So now we had to call another HVAC company to come out ( that’s another service charge) but wouldn’t be able to come out until Monday. Yes they had an after hour service, but that was 147.00. So even if they came out to Check it and didn’t have the part on the truck that that would have been a waste of money and we still would have been in the heat. Well, Monday came (FINALLY) the other air conditioner company came out and within 20 minutes it was fix. It was the unit that needed fixing. It was the conductor that needed replacing. We also had been using walker brother’s to service our unit. The other AC company said it looked like our coils hadn’t been cleaned in years. So someone wasn’t doing their job.

Called them out yesterday for service call, was told my compressor is bad. Now told today they can't give me a price to fix it because the lady that does that won't be back until Monday. I'm sitting here with no ac. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE!!!!
