If you are looking for reliable HVAC service I would recommend this company! Chris,CJ and team are very professional. They replaced our 25 year old ac system with a new heat pump. They did a great job with the install and it runs great.

Hands down to Arctic cool Inc for their reliable and quality service. They fixed my daughter's broken AC who is away at college while she was in a financial hardship. Arctic Inc helped her out and worked a payment plan with her. Aside from being compassionate, they are super efficient and provide wonderful service. I am forever grateful. Chris and his team are fantastic at what they do, they are honest and ethical in every respect of their operation, a great price for the services completed and they explain everything they work on and why something needs the work needed to fix the problem. I highly recommend Artic Cool!!!

Mike was our service technician today. We had a clogged drain pipe in our A/C system. Mike did a fantastic job! He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of A/C and refrigeration. He didn't leave a mess which I really appreciate. Mike was punctual, polite, careful, knowledgeable and extremely capable. We have used Arctic Cool for all of our A/C and refrigeration issues since we moved to Orlando in 2005. It is an extremely professional and well run company thanks to Chris, the owner. Arctic Coolvis our "go to" company and I was very happy with the service that Mike Vargus provided today. I was also very happy that he answered all of my questions and explained everything. They gave me an efficient, quiet AC system at a good price. They were prompt to get back with a quote with only the options I would need with no pressure to over sell me. Their installers were an obviously experienced team who did a clean professional job. You won't go wrong using this company.
Lynn came out and saved us from the Florida heat. Engaging, polite, informative, and above all extremely professional and thorough. Saturday on Memorial Day weekend, he went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable home. Not only that, but he took the time to explain the cause of the issues and the repairs he performed. Even had some suggestions on how to avoid future issues which other techs/companies didnt notice. Absolute gem of a professional. Would honestly recommend over and over again.
I am really glad I found these guys! A friend told me about them. Chris the owner is a good guy. My mini split AC we had installed in our bedroom is a lifesaver. They were cautious make it look nice and cleaned up after. No dust at all in our bedroom. We sleep nice and cool on summer nights. I love it
