They were prompt in responding to my request to get my outdoor unit leveled. They were out and had things taken care of before I was home from work. I would definitely call them again.

Economy AC installed my heat pump 6 years ago and it has saved me so much money on my power bills ever since. I have called them a few times for service during the past few years and I've always had a fast response and excellent help in resolving any minor problem I was having. When another company couldn't get the part to fix our heat, Carter spent extra time, found the part, ordered it and got it installed! Glad to have heat again after 3 1/2 weeks!

My evaporator coil inside went out and it was either get out of the house cause it was 84° inside or have it fixed that night and Economy fixed it that night. Got me a full replacement and had it all fixed in a couple hours. So thankful that they have a good connection with their distributor and the flexible schedule to fit me in.

I needed/wanted a smart thermostat installed to replace a "newer" analog thermostat without an active C wire. Carter (owner) responded immediately to an online inquiry and was prompt to schedule an appointment. The work was completed quickly, with quality results and for a reasonable price.
