It's highway robbery to have somebody come out and say they can't fix your unit. Unfortunate as it is, they overcharge for the return visit if there's a part required that they don't happen to carry on their truck. Also don't try to get any money off of what the charge is because they're going to charge you whatever they want to charge you and that's just the way it is. Personally, I've had better experience working with anybody else besides them. I will go out of my way to find somebody else and they will never come back to my house. This world's going stinking mad money hungry savages. Back in my day people used to be reasonable. Work with you. Figure something out and at the very least a little bit of a discount if they can't do anything. That was true customer service. Sorry to say those days are long gone.

We can truly say that Doc Savage crew is nothing less than exceptional. First let me give you little background, my husband and I needed a new HVAC system and we had no idea where or who to turn to but, we knew we had used them once before but it had been a while and if we were pleased with their service we would always keep the number for later use. We are ecstatic that we chose them again because, from the receptionist, salesperson, the installers/techicians and everyone involved all the way to the top were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. To name two individuals Chuck and Brandon we can truly say did an awesome job. You guys are the team others should try to emulate. I had a new gas heating and cooling system installed outside of my house and I received the best service possible. It started with the initial call to the office. Speaking with Missy is delightful because she is pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. My installation team lead by Joey Gill was outstanding. Joey never pressured or insisted, he allowed my wife and I the time necessary to make informed and financially sound decisions. He was always on time and professional. He always gave complete explanations and answers and he always asked if we had questions and he made sure that we understood. The installation team of Timmy, Caleb and Harmon arrived prior to the designated time which I truly appreciated and they were gentlemen. They informed me of their progress every step of the way and they made sure they covered their feet upon entering my residence. They worked diligently on the installation and completed the install in a more than reasonable time frame. The team was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My appointment was for routine maintenance my unit. The whole process from scheduling the appointment to getting reminder alerts and up until arrival time were great. The appointment was on time and done thoroughly. Highly recommend using Joe Savage and his crew for a great experience.

I have used DOC SAVAGE, heating and air for years. My first experience with them was when I needed to replace some badly-installed HVAC system and ductwork. Someone had installed corrugated ductwork meant for the attic underneath my house. It was rotting and falling down. They installed metal ductwork and a brand new HVAC system. That system had to be replaced after it wore out I now have a combined natural gas/heat pump system. They have always been very responsive whenever I had issues, which were few. Also have had their maintenance contract for several years, and I’m very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, courteousness, and ability to keep my system running at peak performance. I highly recommend this business! Many thanks especially to Joe, Don and Krystal for all your help over the years! UPDATE 2/7/24: I saw that Hunter (Joe's son) has now joined the Doc Savage team, and I wanted to congratulate him on his college graduation and honors and welcome him to the business. Hunter, if you are anything at all like your father, Joe, and your grandfather, Doc (may God give him eternal rest), then I know that my system will be in great hands for as long as I live on this Earth! Your family and I go a long way back. I first met your grandfather when he came out to my house over 30 years ago to replace a poorly and improperly installed HVAC system (see the review above), and I immediately fell in love with his dedication to his clients, his company, and his employees. You can tell a lot about a company from how an owner treats his employees, and I saw a whole lot that I really liked. Obviously, since I have stayed with you guys ever since. The crew at Doc Savage was able to get me a quick quote on a new system. Within 3 business days we had a whole new heating and air system installed and they upgraded our intake, gas line, and under-house ductwork. Installation was quick, professional, and looks so much better than what we originally had on the house. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great! Within a week of contacting them, Mario came out to assess the job and then Henry and Reed came back to fix our cooktop ventilation. They even hooked the appliance back up for us. They were efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and will definitely use their services in the future!
