Very pleased with the technician that came out to perform the maintenance on our A/C. He told us exactly what he was doing and showed us the before and after pictures of what he had completed. Randell and the crew did a very thorough neat and clean job. The old system pan in the attic leaked at one time because of not having proper support. They installed new 2x4 bracing to support the new unit and pan. The job was outstanding and very professional in every manner.

My A/C completely quit working recently so on recommendation from a friend I contacted Duggan’s for a service call and was surprised that calling on a Friday afternoon they were able to send someone out on Saturday to take a look. Peter showed up on time and quickly determined he would need to run a test but didn’t have what he needed on hand so he rescheduled for Monday. Peter showed up ahead of the appointment time(after confirming with me that it was okay), he wasted no time getting diagnostic testing underway and familiarizing himself with my Frankenstein system(which apparently has components from 3 different manufacturers). He maintained a professional and personable demeanor while quickly diagnosing the problem and explaining my options for repairs or replacement, and also patiently answered my questions(resulting in my finally having a minimal understanding of how A/C works), and all the while keeping a smile on his face. I would 100% recommend Duggan and Mr. Peter to anyone in need of any heater or A/C work!

Had Spencer come out due to AC acting strange. I couldn't be more happy with the experience. He was sent less than 24 hours after making the appointment and was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Aside from checking and cleaning the AC outdoor unit, he gave excellent maintenance advice and general hardware advice. I will definitely be calling these guys again in the future!

Our tech who came out Initially Calvin was very informative, timely, polite, was great with our little dog. They gave us a Good feeling right from the get go. We have hired them to Replace our system and install an additional filtration system to help a bit with my allergies. The admin services have been very polite, and understanding. We Will keep them servicing our system after install.
