I got a AC breakdown around 8pm and chance upon Trusted right by my place. Gave a call, technician returned the call back quick and arrived within an hr after his dinner. Demetri was professional and excellent. Jump right in, know what he’s doing. Replaced the contactor, done within an hr (shout out to Demetri). Price was reasonable too, paid on the spot. Speedy follow up next day morning with invoice. Cannot ask for more. Best experience. Trusted as the name speaks for itself.

Top notch company without a doubt!! I personally enjoy when the business owner shows up to my house to give me an estimate. It really shows how much he cares about his business and customers. Trusted heating and cooling will forever be the company I refer to friends and family. God bless

We had our heater system serviced (annual checkup) approximately a week ago by Demetri from Trusted Heating & Cooling (THC). Demetri showed very good pride and professionalism throughout his entire visit at my home. He was respectful to my home wearing bootie covers whenever he entered and he knocked every time even though I told him that he was free to just come in to do his work as needed. We had a couple of issues that he was able to quickly diagnose and repair with approval from me. After all repairs were conducted we did see an improvement in our unit. THC may not be the cheapest and they are definitely not the most expensive, but in my opinion you get what you pay for! With this company and a service tech such as Demetri which has good knowledge and pride in their work, they can’t come recommend enough. I most definitely recommend THC and if you are lucky you can get Demetri as your tech!

We have worked with lots of HVAC contractors and this is the first time we work with someone that we feel we should put a review out there and highly recommend you NOT hire trusted hearing and cooling for your HVAC service. 1. Bad communication: the contractor (he told us he is the field manager) called me and asked if we are home today (it was a Saturday) and he can come over. This happened after we told the office representative that we are not in hurry so no need for off-hour visit since we know it will a lot more expensive. I ended up being charged off-hour visit even though we were never told that was the off-hour. I guess this is my fault to not ask the contractor again. Our HVAC is not produce heat and keep shutting off itself. After the contractor came and blame on the roof replacement (which was not the cause) then left and came back and told us it was one part of the HVAC that needs to be replaced. After they replaced it, it still not resolved the issue. Then I was told my whole inside unit need to be replaced. After this, I never heard back from trusted heating and cooling for a week until I called them today. All of these happened right before the winter storm hit us and yes we didn’t have heat for downstairs for almost a month! I decided to hire another company and it got resolved within two hours and no unit needs to be replaced!!! Thank goodness and we have heat during the freezing temp now! 2. Overcharge? When the contractor came and told us one part of the HVAC needs to be replaced and it costs about $200 for labor. Then a week later when the part was delivered, the office called me and told me it costs $700 for labor. They ended up not charging me for any labor since replacing the part doesn’t fix the HVAC. But the experience made me wonder if I didn’t ask the contractor how much labor costs before he left, would I be double charged!?? Very disappointing experience!

4 years with Trusted Heating and Cooling. Got new heat and ac from them. Getting quotes was simple. Installation took 1.5 days. No hidden fees what was quoted is what we paid for. Maintenance is also simple, they send out text reminder and I call them to schedule. They email reminder they day before and another email when they on their way. Really liked that the email includes name of the technician. They also provide emergency repair, they came over same day when I had a problem. Easy fix and price is fair. I recommend signing up for annual maintenance plan so if you have emergency, they make you priority over new customers. Also want to point out that most new ac/heat unit manufacturer warranties need annual maintenance by licensed technicians. So make sure you don't skip maintenance.

Trusted Heating and Cooling have been a great company to work with over the past two years since we called them out for an AC issue. It was on a holiday weekend and were so professional. We decided to go with their on-going service, and have been very happy with the crews that come out to inspect the HVAC system twice a year. I can't recommend this company enough.

We had great installation and service experience with Trusted at a previous house. The builder of our new house used another company to install the H&AC for our new house. As soon as our builder's installation warranty ran out, we called James at trusted to have them add a small service room to our system and to inspect and provide yearly service. We are glad to be back with trusted and highly recommend their professional installation and service .

Called after hours for an AC issue. Received a call back within 2 minutes. Technician helped me through the issue and I decided to call back the next morning to schedule service. Called first thing and spoke to an awesome customer service representative. She had a technician scheduled to come out around lunch the same day. Technician, Cooper, arrived. He immediately diagnosed the problem, explained the issues, and developed a plan to fix it. Documented everything with photos and detailed explanation. The process was very thorough and transparent. Cooper went out of his way to provide an excellent level of service and made sure the issue was completely resolved before leaving. It’s so difficult to find a trustworthy company, especially when it’s urgent. I will definitely use Trusted again. Cooper was awesome!
