Amazing People!! I called at midnight on a holiday weekend, and they were here within 30 minutes. Totally fixed the AC and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to do so. As soon as I hung up from calling them, I received a text from them with the name of my tech, Jon, and his picture. When he showed up, he identified himself, the problem, fixed it in no time, and was very polite and respectful of our house. I would call them again in a minute!! I really wish they did more than HVAC; I would call them for everything around the house. Very satisfied & I HIGHLY recommend them. 💯

We called Lone Star after a horrible experience with another contractor (over a 3 month span). I called late on a Friday afternoon and Colby came out mid-day on Monday. He was quick to diagnose the problem and ever quicker to fix it. He showed up on time - was courteous and got it done. We are so grateful and would highly recommend.

Lone Star Heating and Air recently installed ductwork into our sunroom and cleaned our vents throughout the house. Jon, Dave and Jackson were all wonderful. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around nice guys. We are very satisfied with their work and are happy to recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Update: Matt (owner) personally called and apologized. He wanted to make sure things were made right and genuinely wanted to keep my business. Tech came back and apologized in person, changed our filters. He was sincere. ************************************************** Sent a new tech. He didn’t have filters to replace our old ones. Also didn’t have a hose to clean our AC unit outside. Left our air running on 66, didn’t bother to turn back up. Very disappointed and nothing like our first experience a couple of years ago when we started using Lone Star.

Matt Shirley and his company are THE very best. I've used them for eight years now. From everything like our new compressor to just coming out and putting new batteries in my thermostat and showing me how to use it. Big or small, they take the time.
