Allstate Cooling is the best! They installed a new unit in our apartment and on the roof. It was a big job that was time intensive, but Diego was always on time, professional and very thorough and helpful. We had an issue with a new thermostat we installed at a later date, using a different company. When I couldn’t get the technician who installed it to return to and confirm the issue was actually the thermostat and not the a/c, AllState came to the rescue! They were at my apartment within 25 minutes! Diego came through again, fixing the issue. This company has the BEST customer service!

I had my ac installed a year ago. I have called numerous times Allstate cooling regarding my permit. I received a letter from the city, stating that the permit had expired 6 months ago. Each time I reach out to Allstate Cooling they tell me that they’re going take care of it, and someone will get back in touch with me and nothing has happened. I am very disappointed that I have to constantly call to see when we are finally going to get the inspection done. I need to turn a copy over to my condo and I can’t sell my place until i have paperwork . This is so frustrating. I am sooo unhappy with them

We always use and recommend All-State Cooling! They always show up on time and are so professional! We had a large hole in our duct in the attic and had air leakage! They were able to provide pictures of the problem and promptly fixed it! I will be also using them for the yearly maintenance of my two ac units!

Diego and Jorge are, in one word, amazing. My closing agent had several issues getting me the keys of my new home on time and these guys couldn't have been more accommodating knowing that my ac needed to be replaced right away; they truly made me feel much better and they are so passionate about what they do that you know you can fully trust them. Absolutely the best ac company I have ever hired and moving forward, I will only use them. In short, I rate their service as A+!
