I have been a customer of Long's for some time. They are professional. patient and courtesy. I just had a new AC installed. The installers were proficient and made sure the area was cleaned up. I would highly recommend them.

Technicians were prompt and their service was outstanding when installing our new unit! Very professional upon completion of the job while leaving our garage and yard spotless. Prior to leaving your technicians let us know should we have any issues to not hesitate and call. It was nice to have additional conversations not related to their work.

From the time I made the initial call that my air conditioning had broke down to the time that the crew that installed it the next day walked away was a truly professional experience. The men that installed it did an awesome job. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. Congratulations to the crew and to Long job well done.

Longs is amazing! Fast professional services! They have helped with my AC and also installed my whole house generator. Just had my 1 year service on it and Armando was fast and efficient. If you want to deal with an ethical company that takes integrity seriously call Longs!!

We have used Long's air conditioning for several years now. They even installed new units in 2018 which they service every year. The price then was right, and the peace of mind we have knowing they are only a phone call away is great! Great company. This time we had Joshua W. and Alex come out to service the units before the summer. They were literally washing my condensers outside! Above and beyond. Great folks.

We received an estimate on Monday morning. Scheduled to have our new air conditioning and electric heat air handler changed out on Thursday of the same week. The crew showed up on time, were very courteous and clean. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Removed the old equipment, installed the new equipment, and cleaned up with nothing but new better working appliances left behind. We were very pleased with the way that the team of workers went about their jobs. From removing and replacing electrical, plumbing, and appliances all went smooth. The whole job with the split system replaced in 1 day. From quote, to complete install less than a week. We had used Long's 2 times prior to service our old equipment. We have always been satisfied.

24kw Generac installed at my home in Winter Haven on January 29, 2024 by Long’s AC. “Young” Kenny handled the preparation, permitting, and installation logistics. He answered all my questions and followed up with the necessary paperwork with professionalism. Coy lead his 8+ workers on the job, starting at 7:30 AM and was completed by Noon. They run a very efficient operation - everyone has their specific job from the electrical work, installing the tank, digging the trenches, and running the equipment. Nothing is sloppy about their work… they actually bring a sod cutter to remove the grass, roll it up, and reinstall, roll it, AND water in when completed. They use sheets of plywood everywhere the excavator and skid-steer is operated to prevent any damage to your driveway and lawn. I mentioned to Coy that I was concerned they may break (unintentionally) the PVC irrigation lines while installing - they actually carry PVC irrigation parts with them to repair and replace if needed! When the job is fully complete, a worker uses a backpack blower to clean all the work areas, including my garage and driveway. Very impressive work by all. When they leave, it is almost as if they were never there! Coy also did a very through job explaining the system when completed. We just had a totally new air conditioning system AND a Generac Generator installed by Long. Everyone at Long knows their jobs from the ladies answering the phone to the installers they are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very affordable. All the installers paid attention to detail kept us informed of what they were doing and how they were doing it. We are extremely impressed with Long service and we would recommend them to anyone who needs a new air-conditioning system or Generac. We are extremely pleased!
