Really great experience with Jerry — was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue(s) and resolve in a timely manner. Pleasant to chat with, and took care with the house and areas he was working in.

It was a pleasure to have Xavier in my home. He provided excellent service and was knowledgeable...courteous...efficient... and provided a clear assessment of the problem along with the solution. He was carefull to add more information as the work progressed, or was needed, and showed a sincere effort to answer (thoroughly) any questions I might have. He is, I am sure, considered a valuable employee whose commitment and loyalty are obvious. GREAT JOB!!!

We woke up to no hot water & reduced water flow. I called service today & they sent out a tech to handle our problem. Tyler explained our problem ( needed new hot water heater). He went & picked up a new one & promptly installed it. It was all done in 1 day. He was professional & he explained everything to us. We were very satisfied with his work.

I called Service Today on the recommendation of the previous homeowner. They got me scheduled quickly, didn't try to upsell me, and were incredibly efficient. They were tidy, improved the layout of the exhaust and condensation piping to make it easier to walk around the system. Tim was so polite and showed me how to change my filters. I will definitely be coming back!

Josh K. was the greatest. He was prompt, informative, polite, and knowledgeable. He got the new hot water heater in in no time and went out of his way to get what we wanted. Service Today is great, a little pricey, but it is worth it because they answer right away, their service is prompt and you don't have to wait days to find a plumber, electrician, etc.

Super fair and knowledgeable. Brandon went over easy fixes for multiple issues at hand and cost evaluation for each specific item.Then went into a detailed cost evaluation for a complete replacement. Gave me best scenario for my money. Also took the time to educate me on my new water heater Incase a future issue ever was to arise. Product and work is all under warranty, making the transaction worth it in the long run.

Nathaniel was great. He arrived on time today, assessed my furnace to see why it was blowing cold air. He explained what needed to be done and proceeded to service my furnace. He went above and beyond to check my oil tank as well and notified me that it needed oil and to call the oil service company for delivery. Overall, I highly recommend Service Today and Nathaniel for service excellence.
