Install of a new heating and ac system was done professionally and efficiently. Timothy explained the work to be done beforehand and educated me on how to care for it and how to operate the new thermostat. Great job, very satisfied.

Air Temps always stays in touch regarding the time of our appointments. I also received the name of my technician and his picture so I knew who to expect. He arrived on time, discussed what he and his trainee would do and got to work. They stayed in touch with updates and questions. They even helped me set my Nest Thermostat, which I have struggled with. Once the work was completed they gave me a review of what was done and discussed things for me to look out for. We also scheduled a duct cleaning for a few weeks from now.

The technician arrived when scheduled and completed the maintenance in a timely manner. He let me know about some problems with the system and gave me options to mediate them. Then, the team came to assess the details of replacement. They spent 2 hours, including over 30 minutes aggressively trying to have me sign a contract right then. They kept saying that getting a second estimate was not only unnecessary, but showed lack of trust in their company. At the end of the meeting, they refused to give me a concrete estimate or a list of equipment recommendations. They even put me on speaker with the company owner, who spoke poorly of the very competent technician. When you add in several culturally insensitive comments, I will never be using this company again. Oh, and the price range offered when I pushed them was about twice the market rate.

Very professional and very pleasant to deal with. Recommend them highly. Paul Clark came yesterday and needed to order parts for my heating system. They got the part and Jesse came today to fix it. I now have heat. Am so grateful since I have company coming for my Easter. Thanks all again
