I was impressed with Connor's patience and kindness in explaining everything going on with my unit. He used shoe covers each time he entered my home and took pictures of items that needed attention. He had it all taken care of quickly. I really appreciated that. This was my first experience using Wilburs and I will definitely use them again.

After a little address miscue, we got that cleared up with good communication and a tightly held appointment. All went as planned, new disposal installed, good info shared for other jobs. Fair, friendly and fast - what else could you want?

Dale Garner was great. Good clean hard worker. Great conversation about my plumbing explain to me the different things that was going on and I appreciate Wilbur heating and Air for doing the service again kudos to Dale Garner.

We have used Wilbur’s Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing several times in the past. They have always given us excellent service. Recently, we had an issue with clogged drains that would not clear in our kitchen sink and our shower. We also had a broken faucet for one of our outdoor water faucets. We called Wilbur’s the morning that our sink backed up. The receptionist was prompt and efficient. She asked their scheduler to call us to set up a time for service. We were very pleased that they could send someone the same day to fix our problem. Will Doonan arrived in the mid afternoon. He assessed our problem issues and advised us of the cost of the service up-front. We agreed and he began working to resolve our issues. In the course of his work, he also discovered that the regulator and the shut-off valve were worn out and needed to be replaced. We had previously been aware of the regulator issue, but had been putting off fixing it. We asked for an estimate of the cost and his price was less than previous estimates that we had received. We agreed to have this repair added to our work order. Will worked efficiently, professionally, and meticulously. He came equipped with all of the parts needed to make our repairs. He worked for several hours, taking real pride in getting the job done right. We were very pleased with the job he did for us. I also want to say that the work he did to replace the regulator and the broken outdoor faucet was so meticulous. He had to drill a hole in the wall to fit the new parts, but he took extra time and effort to completely seal the areas where the hole had been. Replacing the regulator has made showering a new experience! The water pressure is the best we have had in 30+ years of living here. I highly recommend Wilber’s Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing! They do quality work at reasonable prices!

Was quoted $4k to replace a water heater.. because they said the circuit board was no longer sold. Found the circuit board online in under 45 seconds, no exaggeration it took under one minute. To install a plug and play circuit board they quoted $800 and that's without the part cost. They said I could buy the part myself ($200) and they would install it for $800. I understand that the water heater was old and why they recommended to replace it, that's fine. But the prices they quoted are insane. I definitely felt like they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge.

Initially, I called to ask about the service fee. The company offered to wave it and already stole my heart. The guys were great! Knowledgeable, straight forward and caring. Time was taken to determine the problem before providing a quote and I really appreciate that. Especially considering they already knew I had a waved fee. Definitely would call them again. I am now water line leak fee! My Pipe had multiple holes and they took the time to show me. Thanks Jason and your partner in crime :)

We had an emergency plumbing failure. Wilbur’s sent Dale out right away and he fixed the problem promptly. He made quick work of the leak and cleaned up the work area spotless. Great technician, great service, Great experience. Call Wilbur’s and get it done!

Jonathan took really great care of us. He was really cheerful despite working over the weekend. He presented a couple options so we could decide what to do. He got the job done rather quickly, too. The finished product is nice and neat. I won’t hesitate to call him again.
