We have been using Air One for two years since we bought our townhouse. The technicians show up in a very timely manner and always have an honest and upfront diagnosis and estimate. There was one call that was an easy fix and it was priced accordingly and the technician even gave us a DIY fix for the future if it happened again. We are grateful for all of their help and awesome customer service!!

Hired them for standard maintenance "tune up". They claimed that they "Performed a complete inspection" and "Flushed the drain line" on a 4 year old unit that has worked flawlessly. They even told me that "everything looked great". 10 days later we detected a leak from bottom of condenser. Unfortunately, it was already too late. Flooring ruined. Instead of making sure the lines were clear and system clean, they CREATED a block between the condenser and the condensate pump. Of course, Rob had about 10 excuses why they couldn't possibly be at fault, including that my condensate pump "might have been fried by a lightning strike" but he "couldn't tell if it was working or not". And of course he couldn't explain how a system working perfectly 10 days earlier which he performed a "complete inspection" on and showed no warning signs or problems could back up and start leaking, just a coincidence perhaps. AFTER the leak had been detected, he actually implied that the water damage to floors could have been there before his technician serviced it! I then asked, well wouldn't he have noticed the filter being wet when he did his inspection?? Rob replied, "I don't know, I'd have to check my notes"!! Just do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. I didn't and it is costing me a lot. They are only in it for the quick buck, they take no responsibility for their carelessness. When confronted, Rob literally yelled and threatened to counter-sue if we took him to court. This is NOT the kind of company you want to be dealing with. And yes, I do plan on taking him to court, notwithstanding his intimidation tactics. I have plenty more photos and documentation I could share but I've gone on long enough here. Just hope this helps someone out there from facing the same losses I have.

Air One air Solutions is awesome! Great customer service and quick to respond. Our air went out and within 2 hours a team was able to come fix the problem. Air One Air Solutions is very honest, they never try to sell you on something that's unnecessary..which is very important to me!

Rob and his first-rate crew at Air One were able to help my office stay in the cool during the very hot summer; they were fast to the scene, professional and extremely affordable. I just don't understand why people buy contracts with these huge firms that don't do half the job a great independent like Air One does. We keep Air One's card right up front for whenever we need our A/C serviced; you should too!

Air One Air Solutions is awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great, knowledgeable, reputable, honest air conditioning contract at a great value. I had fallen behind in my A/C maintenance and Rob came right out did the regular maintenance for me and then when I had a leak several months later, he came right back out and took care of the problem. 5-star rating!!
