Hall Heating & Air went above and beyond for us last week and we greatly appreciate it!!! Highly recommended.

Our AC broke, they came and confirmed it needed replacing and had a new unit in our house the very next day. Employees were very professional and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Extremely satisfied with a new Trane heat pump install. Guys appeared efficient and busy & did the job as advertised. Cleaned up & removed old system. It works as advertised. HOWEVER, my complaint is first, that they released all the old freon to the atmosphere with no attempt to recover. Second, in the attic, I discovered where they left a 3 inch gap on the main duct that had separated from the attic unit. Gap was on the opposite side of the chimney which may explain why the subsequent service appointment did not discover. Simple repair but shows lack attention to detail. I was able to seal that with appropriate metallic duct tape. The subsequent service guy (whose name I misplaced) was on time, efficient and quickly solved a drain problem. I will happily have the service guy back but I'm not positive I would recommend the company for major work.

Hall saved the day! We haven't lived here long, so we had not established a relationship with an HVAC company yet. Our unit quit working hours before we had company come to town in JULY! Hall came out within the hour. The two repairmen were amazingly courteous and professional. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. We are devoted customers now! Thank you Hall!!!

Great people to deal with. We have an older unit, and the first person to come out just looked at it and said it had to all be replaced. Called Hall for a second opinion. They found the 2 faulty parts, replaced them, and boom I'm up and running again. Thank you!

After shopping around with several HVAC providers, Hall was the only one who WANTED my business. After the installation, they have proven to be immediatley reliable and availed themselves to make a quick repair for a fuse, that was not even within their purview. The after hours service called me back within 5 minutes. All technicians are extremely professional and cordial. The office staff are equally out-going and warm and welcoming. This is a truly well-ran business with very good training for the staff.

Wayne and Allen have a great company. Our AC went out and the first tech that came out provided us a solution that solved what we thought was the main problem. Turns out there was another issue that was leading to that was most likely leading to the first issue. After I brough this to their attention, Wayne did the right thing and promised to make it right an get our air working without any further charges and sent his lead tech out to troubleshoot and ultimately solve fix the main issue. I'll always recommend and continue to do business with companies that treat their customers right. I recommend Hall Heating & Air.

Mr. Wayne Hall came recommended to me by a coworker, I gave this company a call for a quote, received the quote that met my expectations then called them 3 more times before making my decision to choose this company based on their customer service & knowledge. Not only did they handle me in a professional manner but also serviced my dying unit at no additional charge until my new package unit arrived despite the snow storm delays. I cannot say enough about this company, who installed my unit (on a rainy day) and went over & beyond my expectations to make this transition bearable.
