One of the older men there is horrible. His demenor and customer service skills are poor. We had them to put in a brand new unit, not even two years ago. Starting having problems with it last week and made a service call. They came out and said they fixed the connections problem. This morning it started acting up again, so we made a service call to Mills. Only to get a nasty hang up in face after being told how tired he was. Then told to get out of his shop and that he’s not fixing our unit after a very polite visit to his office. Now, I don’t know where people get off taking your money and not following up on a job that’s still under warranty. This was a shocker to me. Anyone that’s know my husband and I, know that we would give you the shirt off our back, but to you treated like this for no reason, just doesn’t make any sense. Shame for the unGodly people. If I could rate this with no stars I would.
