Parker's Heating & Cooling, Inc has us cooling fancy just in time for this summer heat 😎. They installed an energy efficient system and made some ductwork upgrades in our home. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Many thanks to Archie, Jake, and Joshua for the excellent work!

Our second interaction with Troy was excellent. (The first one was too) Within 5 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and within 30 more minutes it was fixed. Without being asked, he even removed the filter grate and cleaned it. He also put in one of my new filters. All around nice, professional, and knowledgeable. We will call Parker’s every time.

Great experience hiring Parker’s! The owner, Archie Parker, is extremely involved and hands-on from the beginning. He was responsive, informative, and knowledgeable. During our consultation, Mr. Parker walked us through exactly what we needed, what he and his team would do, and why. Then, he not only advised us on the best replacement unit, but also gave us some general HVAC related tips for converting our property from gas to electric. Ultimately, we completely replaced our inside/outside HVAC system. While awaiting shipment of our units we had a few additional questions regarding LEEDS certification for the system and Mr. Parker answered every question with no problem. Every time we contacted him, he promptly responded! Finally, when time for installation came, we were attempting to schedule the installation around our visits to the property as we live out-of-state. Mr. Parker went above and beyond to ensure a team could do the install while we were in town. His team worked efficiently and effectively to do the install. This type of installation is an important project for any home and Parker’s Heating & Cooling made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. We will certainly be calling them in the future for all of our HVAC needs. 10/10! Parker’s Heating & Cooling is the best in the business!

I had a AC unit issue and did not know where to look for a good reputable company. So I started to google and stumbled upon Parker’s Heating and Cooling in Cairo, Ga. This company exemplifies great customer service from the first phone call all the way down to the initial technician visit. Troy was professional and knowledgeable. Parker’s Heating and Cooling company was on time and showed real genuine interest in helping me instead of helping themselves to my pockets. If you ever want to feel like family instead of customer number 12345 then my advise is to go with the hometown heroes. Parker’s Heating and Cooling company should be your one and only choice.

The two guys they sent out were very professional and answered all questions I had. Couldn't have asked for better servicemen to work on our central heat and air unit! I definitely recommend them!
