Jacob was very courteous & explained everything he did . He also, will be sending me an estimate for a possible replacement parts. This has been the second time he has done service work for us & have enjoyed having him.

Very Very Very Satisfied. Jestin addressed all of my concerns. Quickly diagnosed a soon-to-fail component and had what was needed in his vehicle. WOW! What a great company and service person. Being an absentee homeowner in Sedona, AZ, you never know what you will find when you are blessed with the opportunity to be out here. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we determined the AC was not working on a warm evening. We were able to make it through with ceiling fans and open windows and immediately reached out to Fiscor the next morning. The phone was immediately answered and Jason was assigned the problem. We were given a 4-hr window, hours after the call and Jason let us know he was on his way at the top of the window. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and an excellent diagnostician. He gave us options and we chose what we wanted. He was able to repair the unit and left us happy and on the way to getting us cool. We would highly recommend Fiscor and Jason for any needs you might have.

Jason Setter, Josh Bartels and the entire Fiscor team were knowledgeable and courteous and were great communicators! The team at the office was, too. Sending out text messages about updates on when a technician would be out, who the technician would be along with a pic and bio about the technician. We were very pleased with the quick response and the level of communication leading up to the installation of the new heat pump and system. During the installation process, the team worked efficiently and continued to communicate with home owner providing updates on the progress of the install. We were very pleased at the consistent level of customer service as well as the knowledge of the Fiscor team and look forward to hopefully being a long time customer!

Notification of arrival was sent prior to arrival with picture of tech with a nice mini bio.Which was welcome as I knew who would be entering my home. Joshua and Jacob arrived right on time. After brief conversation of the issue, promptly went to work. Can't say enough about the professional manner. Job was completed quickly and detailed work breakdown and photos of work were given. Nice to know that there are still companies that provide the things they say they will. Would happily recommend these employees and company to anyone in need of heating issues. Job well done!! P.S. This company has excellent customer service and does great work. They are prompt, serviced us at lightening speed, great communication not only from the phone but also from the workers. Plus reasonable rates. Jestin did a fantastic job. We are happy we changed from our previous company. 10 stars!!

Jason arrived right on time with a smile. He's very efficient and thorough. He checked everything and informed us of everything he did and explained it well. We appreciated that he took the time to do that. Excellent Customer Service. He came back a couple of days later to replace a worn part. He's a really nice and personable guy. We were happy to meet him and you can be sure we will ask for him next time!
