I received the best customer service ever with Christopher from Air Control. Immediately following my online maintenance request I received a phone call confirming the service and was scheduled for the time I had requested. The tech was super knowledgeable and efficient, not to mention got everything done within a timely manner. Terrific service so far. I called this morning to make an appointment to service my heating/ac unit. It quit blowing cold air. Greg was at my house about noon. He was professional and very knowledgeable even though he told us something we didn’t want to hear, need a new system to replace the 20+ year old unit we currently have. He said he could get it to run but couldn’t say how long we could limp it along. I wasn’t surprised by the news but still. Jeff, the project manager was here by 5:00 and gave us estimates for different systems and costs that went along with each. We’ve chosen a new system and it could be installed in a couple days. Actually, the quoted price was about $5000 less than what I expected. I’ve been very impressed! Keep up the good work! Friday morning the new unit arrived and the two young men that installed it were terrific. Everything was in place and running smoothly by early afternoon. They even helped us set up the app on our phones. Don’t think they appreciated the 2 1/2 foot snake skin they found when the old unit was removed but at least they didn’t meet the snake!

Highly recommend Air Control Home Services to EVERYONE. Jason and his team are more than great. I called Air Control to conduct services on my AC units and was thrilled that they were able to get me the following day. Not only did Jason show up timely, was beyond professional, but he was very open about our situation and with his recommendations. To further reiterate on their great customer service, I was able to get my unit replaced the following day, YES, back to back services within two days!!! I did not feel pressured into purchasing a new unit as Jason showed us the issues with our current one and provided us with a great deal. The services requested and the services rendered were beyond my expectations. You wouldn’t be disappointed.

I have the home maintenance service with this company. Aaron Robinson was my Plumber technician. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. What I like about Aaron and this company is their experience in their field. When they fix it. It’s FIXED. My water pressure was double what it should be. Did I wanna replace the regulator and ball valve, !of course not. Aaron was able to explain how the wrong amount of pressure overtime affects my pipes. Etc etc. Each visit is an educational one.My home is my biggest investment. Although I don’t wanna hear what’s wrong hahahaha. These technicians are so truthful and explain your options so well, the information provided gives you the opportunity to make an educated decision. Aaron did just that. You get what you pay for!

They were great!!!!! From start to finish!!!! Everone was very professional. So update, my unit has been installed for 3 months now, and I have had to call them back to fix a couple of small issues. They have been fantastic! The day I called they were out that same afternoon to resolve the problem! Khayman has been great! I would still highly recommend them!

John was the plumber who came to the rescue. He is very professional, knowledgeable , and efficient. This was not the first time we’ve had great service from this company . Justin was here for our a/c. He too was highly knowledgeable and efficient. I’m impressed with the quality of service and will continue to call in them again. I highly recommend Air Control Home Services.
