This past Friday had a new Hvac system put in via " Day and Night "and I need to praise the team that worked doing it. Jimmy,Bill,Andrew,Matt Jeffrey and Marco you truly do form a team, each responsible for a certain aspect yet communicating with fellow team members to make the project succeed. It was reminiscent of watching a professional basketball team that was focused, professional and truly liked each other. I generally don't write reviews but this time was necessary. A final note, as the crane was lifting the unit into my patio my neighbor's child was so intrigued that he found his toy crane truck, a nice sidebar to a very good day.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Day and Night. From the first call to the installation of our new AC unit, the staff couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, or more professional. Jacob originally came out to diagnose our issue. We found him extremely honest and reliable. Jackson came out to give us alternatives to just fixing the problem or purchasing a new unit and again, another highly professional and intelligent individual. Ethan and Luis came out to install the new air conditioning. They were both fantastic! The office was extremely reliable and kept in touch with me and returned calls promptly. I would highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gary, an exceptional HVAC technician, with Day and Night AC, Heating, and Plumbing, and I cannot say enough good things about his service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and attentive. Not only did he quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my AC unit, but he also took the time to explain the problem and AC unit status to me in a way that was easy to understand. His attention to detail and expertise was evident throughout the entire service call. What truly set Gary apart, however, was his friendly and patient demeanor. He answered all of my questions with a smile and made sure I felt comfortable with the repairs being done. He was not pushy in the least. Overall, I highly recommend Gary with Day and Night for anyone in need of AC services. His excellent customer service, technical skills, and overall professionalism certainly make him a standout. Timothy Kendrick performed our semiannual AC check today. He was very thorough, extremely careful to be neat and cleaned up perfectly after the work was done. He provided me with a detailed explanation of all procedures performed along with photos. I have been using Day and Night AC for many years, including replacing my AC unit a few years ago. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and it is easy to make appointments that one can count on being on time with frequent notifications. I have had only good experiences with all of the technicians I have had over the years, but Tim’s work was above and beyond expectations!

My wife and I decided to replace our HVAC unit this year and received several quotes from other companies before making the easiest decision to work with Day & Night. We met with Bill for our consultation and knew right away this was the company for us. Bill walked us through the entire process of replacing our unit and our pricing options. He was readily available with any questions we had and was able to accommodate moving our installation date up a week to make it happen before we left for vacation. Efrain, Keven, pike and Keven E were our install team and made the day of so painless. They arrived on time and placed covers on our floors/stairs to protect our flooring. Couldn’t have better things to say about Day & Night and they have earned forever customers.

Man!!! Straight forward and to the Point. Very Professional even when it came to my over happy dog. 😂 told me in detail what my A/C looks like on the inside and how it runs. I can't believe the difference in my house since Day and Night came in and worked their magic! Huge thanks to Kyler and Dre for tackling a massive project - a complete repiping job! My old plumbing was a ticking time bomb, and they handled the whole thing efficiently and professionally. They kept everything tidy and explained each step of the process clearly. But it gets even better! Not only did they handle the repiping, but they also installed a brand new tankless heater and water softener. Let me tell you, having soft water is a game-changer! No more hard water stains on my dishes or that weird filmy feeling in the shower. And the best part? They even put in a reverse osmosis system! Now, my drinking water actually tastes delicious! No more plastic water bottles for this house! Kyler and Dre were a fantastic team. They were friendly, courteous, and always cleaned up after themselves. They even went the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I can't recommend Day and Night, and specifically Kyler and Dre, enough! If you're facing any plumbing issues, big or small, they're the people to call!

Aaron and Benji did fabulous work on an extremely difficult job replacing buried sewer pipes that were cracked because of large tree roots. The main repair was under our our hardwood kitchen floor. The 2nd pipe was buried outside next to a large focus tree and extended under the foundation of our garage. It was super challenging, but they did a great job explaining what they were doing, carefully cleaning up when the job was finished, and encouraging us to inspect the work each and every day. The job was much more complex than they had anticipated but they didn’t take shortcuts just to get it done. I would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs. Their supervisors were super helpful as well.
