Goettls High Desert Mechanical-HVAC & Plumbing Specialists

I have a 20 yr old carrier furnace which stopped functioning 3/20/24. Our property manager for our Sedona home called 2 providers, each submitted conflicting assessments to the problem 3 rd try I called Goettls. The technician was licensed, professional and fixed the problem. However, the technician suggested to replace the old furnace and provided 3 different quotes. At the home office with Goettls, I negotiated a contract at a discount with Justin. We were satisfied with quality service FV

Our experience with the tech from Goeettls was very good. He was very thorough and took time to explaine everything to us and give us the options for the repairs so we could make a decision. Then he promptly proceded to do the work, even though it was after 7:00pm when he finished. We are very pleased with his work.

Trevor did a great job explaining how the HVAC systems worked in our recently purchased home. He was able to install a new capacitor and surge protectors to hopefully protect the longevity of the heating and air conditioning units.

Our service technician, Fernando, was prompt, friendly, and thorough with his inspection of our heating and cooling system. No problems were found which was reassuring knowing our system is over 15 years old. We can now head into the upcoming summer heat with confidence in our system!

Raphael was great! Arrival time was a little outside the initial window given, but that's more of a management/office/staffing issue in my opinion. Raphael was kind, thorough & conscientious. He really seemed knowledgeable and enjoyed his role.
