The work was done with no problems. Everything’s working well now.

Extremely bad follow through. They repaired a water leak and it failed. They showed and quoted a new unit for the inside. Following day we gave okay. Then 3 months later downgraded their rating because they never called to schedule install. They called and said they drop the ball and would get right back to us. I think it is coming up on 2 months. This is the second strike , I really hope Crager can prove to me they are worth the wait.
