Arctic Air

The Arctic Air crew was efficient and very thorough. The team of Mark and Austin did a great job on our HVAC hest pump system.

From August 2023: HVAC Tech was 2.5 hours late, with NO COURTESY CALL...After less than 15 mins, he determined the problem was a tripped breaker. Did not leave any kind of paperwork to document the service call, or tell us how much the charge would be. A few days later, the $165 bill arrives..Chose to ignore the bill, till Feb. 2024. Contacted the owner with the concerns above, asking for some consideration, to which, the owner William Jennings was unsympathetic or concerned about Customer Service...CONSUMER BEWARE!

Our air went out over night. I sent them a message and our technician, Conner, was here by 10! Within no time, they had the air up and running all for a great price! I will never use another company as long as these guys are in business!

Artic Air did a great job on a late Saturday (7/15/23) evening repairing our HVAC. Conner was awesome! Very quick to diagnose the problem and figured out a solution quickly. I will use them again! Thanks Conner for your work!

Bill and the crew really did a great job. Bill is a very personable person, and a good human being. You can tell that he really wants to help people. His crew reflected that personality as well. They all really worked hard to get our 30 year old hvac and heating system out, and the new one in a timely and professional manner. The new system is beautiful and works great! To sum it all up, this company is a well oiled machine. Would not ever hesitate to use them again!!!

Arctic Air is absolute best!!! They are very prompt, responsive and do exactly what they promise. Conner was our repairman and he was excellent in every way, a true pleasure to deal with. Such a professional company and employees. Highly recommend for any heat/air issue. Best heating and air business we have ever used!!!!

Great people and great price. Travis took his time and thoroughly went over everything that needed to be done. We had talked to three other companies and none of them offered the level of professionalism and value we received from Artic Air.

In February, I bought a new system for my home. It was wonderful and so much better than what I had before. The installers worked very hard to get me set up and running. They also advised me to get a six month check up. This week, they came out for that. Travis checked everything, corrected some errors that were made and when things were still no right, kept digging until the problem with the system were fixed. It turns out that some critters got under the house and tore out some ductwork. For a reasonable price, Travis and his folks took care of that for me too. I can not praise the quality of work or people enough.
