I have been doing business with true temp heating and air for almost 20 years they have always went above and beyond my expectations they have always been a pleasure to deal with

I scheduled a quote a few months ago and after walking through my house and on my property, this company ghosted me. I was very excited to hear from them because Tyler seemed like he really knew what he was talking about and would give me a fair quote. After calling a few times and no hearing back, scouring my junk folder, and seeing nothing it seems they must have ghosted me. It was a waste of my time and I’m very disappointed in the way this company practices their business

90+ Degree, HOT, Saturday evening...eleven o'clock. AND the Air Conditioning Stops working!! Temp in the house rise and we moved my wife to our daughters home for her health. Called True Temp, our service provider, and Sunday morning Glenn calls and tells me that Gary is on his way to our home. Within an hour Gary arrives and immediately goes in the HOT attic to make the needed repairs. Within a short time the Air Conditioning is WORKING!! Gary, who does our yearly maintenance was soaking wet from his time in the attic. Gary is....ALWAYS...Professional, Polite and Courteous !!!! I have give the maximum number of Stars that are allowed for this Review. But there should be additional room for me to add even more Stars. I would rate the Service and Personnel at Turner Heating and Air.... 10 Stars. Respectfully, Don...................... Follow up several years later. December 2023 Gary just completed our Winter Maintenance, in 24 degree outside! Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous as he always is. Can't recommend True Temp Heating and Air enough. We bought a new unit and have had these guys out servicing many times over the years as well as replacing the unit after a loss with part of home in a storm. They have been wonderful always. They go above and beyond to serve and please. You call and always get someone and they waste no time getting to you and always at the time made for the arrival. We absolutely love them.

We have used True Temp for more than 25 years and they have consistently been a top tier service provider. They installed the units, performed twice a year maintenance, and made the very occasional emergency repairs over our long history. They have also modified our system as part of a renovation.

If you want excellent Service and a friendly and responsive staff, then True Temp your company. I have used them for the past 20 years and they have always been there to take care of my Heating and air need. There is no finer business to take care of your needs. Doug and his professional crews have been with us to service our heat and air needs for over 20 years. Our units never have a problem at convenient times. Christmas Eve Gary was out here removing an ice dam. Saturday morning they were out here setting an air conditioning unit blown out of place by twister. None of my Lennox units are young any more, but Doug’s guys service twice a year and keep them in first class shape. Service does not get better than True Temp.
