David the owner is great, after speaking with him, and telling him our situation, he had his office promptly call and schedule a time that was convenient . Jacob the service technician was awesome. He and the office called prior to the appointment and let me know exactly when they would be there. Jacob was able to finish the install seemlesly and was friendly while doing so. His knowledge of the the system and effort to make sure everything worked properly and efficiently was above and beyond! I can’t thank the Balenced team enough for helping me out after months of being blown off by other company’s. If you live in the area and have and kind of heating or air conditioning needs called Balenced first !

Balanced heating & Air Conditioning is an awesome company to deal with. They were very polite and on time, the technician was very thorough and Sarah kept me informed when my parts would be in, they even call the next day to see how things were working.

My AC went out on a Friday afternoon. I called and they had a service person out within an hour! After spending an hour trying to repair it, she said it needed a part that she didn’t have in her vehicle and said her boss would need to order a replacement because they didn’t have it in stock at the shop. She said we needed to call and speak with her boss to authorize the purchase for the part. We did call and authorized it. About an hour later, she and her boss (Dave) returned to my residence (we were not home), but through the Ring doorbell, Dave told me he needed to look at the unit. I told him to go ahead and look. A few minutes later, he asked me what temperature I’d like my thermostat set at. WOW! That was great service!! I was so impressed with the service I received that I later set up an annual membership for service with this company. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you Vanessa, Dave and Sarah!

I was so pleased with my service today. I had an appointment tomorrow which was a pleasant surprise. When they had a cancellation, they called to offer me an appointment today. Bryce went directly to the problem, explained it thoroughly, and even checked and explained the drain pipes associated with the unit. The AC is working fine, and the price was very fair. We had rodent damage to our heating ducts. We are in a pretty remote location. From day one of contact Bob was very professional. The owner Dave sent an estimate after a polite young man named Travis came out to take a look at the scope of work. Once we agreed to have the work done a three-man crew, David, Jayden and Tyler showed up to do the work. they worked hard and were very professional, they took their time and actually finished a day early.
