We had to replace our 30 year old HVAC system. We chose Chino heating and cooling based on reviews. The price was fair, and the job was done right. Their quality control team came out after the installation to check that the Ruud system was working properly . Hoping for reduced propane costs this winter and a much more efficient system. Office staff was polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend. Had them come out not only did they blame us for not getting the part ordered that my manager approved for our business but also missed othe things that were also in need of repair in their rush to leave. This was also the second time we had called them out for the same furnace and the issue was something they should have caught. Went with a competitor after we called to follow-up and see when they'd be coming back only to be informed they hadn't done anything. Much better options out there.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Our heater went out, and a quick response, an effective diagnosis, and a very reasonably priced repair got things fixed by super professional technicians. Definitely recommend!

AC went out while i was out of town for work. Called in got a same day appointment. The lady in the office was great and ran through some trouble shooting items to rule out in an attempt to save me money. The tech that came out was very nice and helpful didn't try to take advantage of my wife. fixed the problem for a fair price. Very happy will use them in the future for any hvac needs that pop up.

My AC unit stopped working during the hottest day of the year on a Saturday, no less. I called and talked to Mark, who at first had me on a wait list of about 5 people, but quickly called me back and said he'd called in someone to help him with the volume. Within an hour Rolland was here and fixed the AC unit, and gave us valuable info about maintaining the current AC unit, and new AC units. Outstanding service! I felt that I could trust Rolland, which is extremely important to me. When I replace my unit, I will call on Chino Heating and Cooling. Thanks!
