I would like to follow up with a positive Google review for TDK Comfort Systems after leaving a not so positive review. I am thrilled that after contacting TDK about the issues I was having with our livingroom split duct system they addressed the issue. I was able to speak to the owner and he did have one of his techs come out and fix the issue. The tech that came out confirmed that it was a leak and replaced the leaky fitting. He was very kind and was extremely professional. I am grateful that they did stand behind their company and made the necessary repair. I can't say enough positive things about this company and the fact that they did take care of the leak. Please utilize them in the future as I will too. Thanks again to TDK

Hose spigot and water heater are equal distance but they hooked up to water heater for some weird reason. I had scalding hot water going into my evap cooler for years. Not ideal. Also after installation my air duct was very dirty and blowing out debris. I had it cleaned professionally with rotobrush a week prior to their work and took photos of it clean. I left a voicemail asking if they could resolve the issue and got no callback. Later they did a quality check. Once again I asked if they would fix the mess they made and he avoided answering the question and only stated what he thought caused it putting blame on prior work.

I've written several positive reviews over the years. This unfortunately is my first negative review of a company. This company installed 2 split duct systems in our 1032sqft home. The back unit has always worked great but we have had numerous issues with the front unit keeping the house cool remember its a small house. We also rarely use this home and have only been up a few times since the unit was serviced. I suspected a leak in the line in 2021 and called them and they replaced a fitting and added coolant. They did detect a leak in the line and said the fitting was replaced. We came up and the weather was nice so we haven't used the heater or air conditioner. We came up last weekend and it was cool so we turned on the unit and it was not blowing hot air. This time I decided to call another company because we felt like this has been an ongoing issue when we use it. This company did a leak detection and said there was an improper fitting that was causing the leak. TDK installed the unit and has been the only company to do any service work on it. I called TDK and explained the situation to the girl that answered the phone. She said why haven't you called sooner. I said we haven't used the unit when we have come up which is rarely. I said why don't you have someone come out and verify the improper fitting. She just laughed and said you should have called sooner. I said I called as soon as I noticed there was an issue. I wanted to get a second opinion as to my suspicion of a leak. They didn't offer to look at it . I'm just disappointed since this has been an ongoing issue. The rear air still works perfectly like always. I'm just disappointed that they don't stand behind their workmanship. Thank you for reading this review. I feel like a company should stand behind their customers concerns especially if it's a workmanship issue on their part.

James has been wonderful anytime he's had to come fix any part of our HVAC. This company is wonderful!

Our AC Busted ans was blowing hot air. Jake with TDK came out in 30 minutes! Within the hour it was fixed. Excellent service amazing price!!!

My air conditioning unit quit broke and needed replaced and everyone I contacted was a week to 3 weeks to even get a quote then I contacted TDK on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning I had a quote which I accepted. A date was set and two weeks later the unit was installed and now enjoying the nice cold air. The entire process was painless and from the office staff to the installers everyone was very friendly and professional. With this crazy heat this year and how busy everyone is I am glad that I contacted TDK. I will note that I live in Skull Valley and was told by one company that I was to far to come out, TDK said no problem. Need service or new ac I recommend TDK.

I had TDK install two a/c systems five years ago. The work was professional and fully met my expectations. Since then, I have had them perform semiannual maintenance and I remain completely satisfied with their work.

We purchased our heater from this Company and now are having problems with it not starting to heat in the mornings. Their service man came and ran a diagnosis and cleaned the filters. Everything appeared to be ok and heater was running. This morning the same thing happened. The office manager told my husband if you do not like our service call someone else. What kind of company does that. Stir clear if this one....
