Higher Call Heating & Cooling

I placed a call for air conditioner service when our unit stopped working. Higher Call was recommended by my former HVAC serviceman who had retired. The telephone call was taken by their answering service. The operator was very thorough in taking my information and she was able to give me several options for appointments. I chose one that was available on the same day as my phone call. There was a two hour window for the arrival of the repairman. I received a confirmation email and a follow up telephone call from their office. Prior to arrival, I got a call that they were on the way and they arrived within the first two minutes of the two hour window. The diagnosis and repair took almost exactly one hour. I thought that the charge was reasonable for the parts and the time. I would recommend and I would use them again.

Wesley and Randall are top notch. We had a capacitor go out on a weekend when temps were in the upper 90’s and our house quickly got hot. They came out same day I called and put a new one in for me within 15 minutes.

The blower quit working on my heat pump around noon and by 6:00pm I was up and running again. Randall was very patient answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. He was extremely polite, understanding, and courteous, I did not for one second feel like he was rushed to get finished. He took his time checking that everything was done right and working the way it should before he left. I was amazed that he had the parts I needed. The whole experience was unlike any other air conditioner repair I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend Higher Call Heating & Cooling to anyone that needs to call an air conditioning repair company.

Installed 2 air conditioning systems, 2 thermostats and added 5 air vents throughout my home. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the systems. On advice from Wesley, we increased the tonage on 2 new air conditioning systems.They did an excellent job! I highly recommend Wesley and his team.

Our old furnace finally went out and Wesley at Higher Call installed a high efficiency furnace in our 80 year old home quickly, efficiently and expertly. He and his team are the friendliest, most knowledgeable and most accommodating HVAC company I've ever worked with.
